De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

Vanuit deze ideaal gelegen accommodatie kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen, zoals varen, suppen, fietsen, zwemmen, wandelen, kanoën etc. Het boothuis ligt zeer centraal gelegen en de gezellige boulevard met zijn terrasjes en binnenstad van Harderwijk zijn op loopafstand. Het kan allemaal in ons huisje midden op het eiland Hoeksche Waard. Maar ook Rotterdam, Dordrecht en Breda liggen op 30 min rijden afstand en kunnen eenvoudig bezocht worden vanuit de locatie. Het huisje is per auto bereikbaar via een onverharde eigen weg en is omgeven door weiland.
