Spacious Family Home, WiFi, Great Transport Links

The Air B and B is very handy for Belfast City Airport - 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood is quite quiet - just occasional flights overhead! The house is quite well-equipped, clean and spacious. Some info about recycling might be helpful - thanks.

City centre Victorian period refurbished home.

SaraRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Perfect place for our trip of 4 ladies. we had lots of space. The house was spotless and in a lovely quiet road. Shops all walkable for any essential items. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that gets you into the city centre but as there was four of us it sometimes worked out cheaper with a Uber. David was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed and gave recommendations for places. He was also very flexible with our check in and out which helped us out a lot. All of the people we meet were so friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will return again! Great weekend.

Elegant T/house - Queens Qtr

EmmaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Martin’s place was perfect for our group! While we are from N.I ourselves, it felt like a lovely home away from home! It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The shared spaces were perfect for our stay and plenty of room for each of us to have our own space! We loved it! Will definitely be back ☺️ Would highly recommend!

Lovely terraced house in Belfast

HelenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Great place, very homely in a fantastic location. If you’re staying in Belfast choose Nicola’s place. There is so much to do around her home and the bus goes from the door. If you are a family you can buy an all day family ticket for £10. The house was great and we were made to feel very welcome.

Had a wonderful stay at Chris’ flat. The property was perfect for our group of 3 adults, and the location was terrific for exploring downtown Belfast. Chris was a gracious host who met us onsite and provided a great list of local favorites. Would heartily recommend staying at Chris’ place!

Luxury Belfast Stay - Townhouse

LyndseyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We had a great stay at the Townhouse. It’s just off to the north west of the city centre, but it’s not too bad a walk in and the area is quiet. The house itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. The beds are so comfy; so nice to find a good mattress to sink into and made the stairs worth it! The kitchen had everything you need and the little welcome pack of wine, crisps and biscuits kept us going until we headed to the Spar (two- minute walk). Kate was a great host and kept us to day as to when we could check in. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Contemporary, cosy house. Perfect Belfast base!

SuziRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Frances is a really friendly and responsive host and made us really feel at home. She provided a cot, high chair and bedding as we were travelling with our baby and toddler. The house felt homely and had everything you will need. The house is located on a busy road but it wasn’t really noticeable. It was easy to get from the airport by taxi and into town either by taxi or by bus. The G1 glider bus is a short walk away and take you to the city centre or towards Stormont. There is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away and some great tap bars just down the hill.

City Centre Townhouse & 2xParking | StayByNumbers

JulieRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We stayed here as a family of 7. Chose this property as it was close to City centre and there were shops and restaurants close by. It was immaculately clean and kept in excellent condition with nice furnishings. The kitchen had everything we required, but really only ate breakfast there. Our family and us described it as ‘homely’, and it was. There was sufficient room for all of us to sit and chat with a glass of wine, or two, at the end of the evening. We ate at restaurants a 15 minute easy walk away, Darcy’s and Villa Italia. There are others in the same area, but highly recommended the two. Ubers were £6 into the city. All in all a great few days in a lovely property. Highly recommended.

The Vintage retreat

OliviaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Stayed here with some friends from university who were visiting Northern Ireland for the first time and we had the best time staying at Patrick's place! We were easily able to walk to the local breweries for a few drinks when they landed and was a great location for organising taxis to head into Belfast for the day. Excellent amenities meant I was able to cook up an Ulster Fry before everyone had to return to England! Would 100% recommend to friends and family (local and afar!)

Entire terraced house to yourself in East Belfast

RachaelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely stay at Hannah’s for a friends wedding and extended weekend break so we really wanted a place to ourselves so we could come and go and also have space and privacy to cook and relax in the evenings and this ticked all the boxes. Location was great for us, the venue was walking distance and there’s plenty of bus routes into the city which is only a short ride away. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Hannah kindly left a few local recommendations. The neighbourhood was very quiet too. Would highly recommend for couples looking for somewhere comfortable and quiet and conveniently located in Belfast

Cozy Townhouse, walking distance to Belfast City

KirstieRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We were very pleased with our stay! Jonathan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The house was clean and well-suited for a couple of nights. There were only two minor downsides: the hot/cold tap in the shower was broken, making it difficult to adjust the temperature, and the location was a bit farther from the city center than expected, about a 35-minute walk or a short bus ride. Overall, it was an excellent stay at a very reasonable price.

Luxury Townhouse 2BR | Belfast's Best Area

LynRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at David’s and would highly recommend. The house was super clean, comfortable and a real home from home. The location is spot on, set on a quiet residential street, but with a great selection of restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the glider stop for the 10 minute ride into the city centre is a stone’s throw away too. Finding the property and check in was hassle free and communication with David was great throughout. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
