The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

It is a triple bed room apartment with a big fireplace and one bathroom. Very well served with a great transport network: train, subway, bus, tram. There will be a temporary scaffolding outside the building during the first months of 2026.

A fantastic duplex apartment located in Estrela neighborhood, right in the Lisbon old town center, fully equipped with the best quality, close to a beautiful garden and a magnificent Basilica. Has an incredible light and an astonishing view over the town and the river. From there you can simply walk, but the famous 28 tram it's right there. I can assure that this may be one of the best starting point for a wonderful journey in the city of Lisbon.
