Waterfront vacation rentals in Lipari

At the risk of replicating so many of the other wonderful reviews I must unequivocally say that Beatrice’s home was absolutely stellar. Every single aspect was superb: the design, location, conveniences/equipment/furnishings were all incomparable! BUT most importantly the care, attention, and genuine and authentic hospitality were the most remarkable. Beatrice and her mother could not have made us feel more like family and not simply renter-guests. We are only one day removed from the tender sea breeze embrace of Salina and already feeling the pull to return. I cannot imagine an Aeolian stay anywhere else as glorious as Appartmento Maria Teritza. If AirBnB gave lifetime achievement awards to hosts, Beatrice and her family should be at the very, very top of the list. So many heartfelt thanks from myself, Kirsten, and of course Dinky!

Tutto perfetto, posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare anche le altre isole. Felice è stato gentile e disponibile. L’appartamento è pulito e dotato del necessario; ha sicuramente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative ed esigenze. Torneremo presto!

Both the location is the flat were great! We had a rooftop terrace with a view on the sea and the flat was exactly as described (better looking even than on the pictures). Francesco welcomed us straight at the ferry port in Lipari and helped us to find the bus to Canetto (which by the way is a very convenient service with frequent shuttles back and forth). He showed us around the flat, informed us about the neighborhood and offered to show us around the island if we'd wanted to. Best feature of the place is probably that it's 50 meters from the beach literally! Also there's a supermarket very close which makes it convenient to cook when we did not want to eat out. All in all a great experience in the aeolian islands!

Lipari e Simone= accoppiata vincente. La struttura si trova a 2 passi (o meno ?!) dalla spiaggia di canneto, la quale, e’ collegata al centro tramite navette frequentissime.

LIPARIE 18 au 22 mai Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est petit mais très mignon et il possède toutes les commodités nécessaires pour notre séjour. Ce qui fut très apprécié est que nous avions un repas de pâte et une bouteille de vin qui nous attendaient pour notre premier diner. Nous avons été accueillis par Rébecca qui nous a aidé à porter nos bagages jusqu’à l’appartement. Une petite plage se trouve à deux pas de l’appartement et si on se lève assez tôt nous pouvons admirer le lever du soleil. C’était magnifique. Patrizia la propriétaire a bien répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a offert le taxi gratuitement du port à l’appartement à notre arrivée. Épicerie à deux pas et de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Casa molto pulita e spaziosa , perfetta sia per famiglie che per gruppo di amici , gode di una vantaggiosa posizione fronte mare . Host gentile e disponibile .

We spent 3 great nights in the apartment for our honeymoon. The place had essentials in the fridge and snacks on arrival and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is great and has everything that you would ever need for a couple of days enjoying the beach it’s only a few minutes walk from Spiaggia Bianchi. The balcony is huge. I’m not sure if it’s completely private but no one else ever came up there but only on our level and was amazing. Has a restaurant directly below and a supermarket 50 m away to get to Lipiri. It’s an easy bus ride or a taxi but we caught the bus every time as it’s very cheap. That is the one bad thing about is that it is a little isolated and a 15 min bus to Lipiri where all the nice restaurants and shopping is. The apartment is located up a hill, which is quite steep and about 40 steps up into the apartment, but he’s very close bus drop off

Dire che mi sono innamorata è poco. L’appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito e luminoso. La zona esterna è bellissima, piena di verde e di luce. Era tutto molto pulito e in ordine. La posizione dell’alloggio è ideale per chi è alla ricerca della tranquillità, la zona è molto pacifica e sembra anche abbastanza sicura. Facendo qualche passo a piedi dentro il residence è possibile ammirare tramonti mozzafiato. Come posizione può essere un po’ scomoda se raggiunta a piedi, ma basta affittare un mezzo per raggiungerla molto facilmente, dista poco dal centro. Stefania è stata sempre gentile e disponibile per tutto. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento, che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole! Torneremo al 100%

The house is beautifully secluded, just two minutes away from a private lovely beach with turquoise waters, hidden between pine trees with the sound of crickets in the background... Who could ask for anything more! This is the prefect place to get away from it all, completely submerged in nature in a beautiful typical Eolien Villa. The house is well equipped and our hosts were always available, extremely welcoming and friendly and gave us wonderful insider tips to discover the island (although we could have stayed in the house our entire vacation). Definitely one of the best Airbnb's we've been to, we can't wait to return!

Appartement extraordinaire, extrêmement bien situé à quelques pas de tout et surtout sur la plage. Tout était parfait, dans ce logement le temps s’arrête et vous vous sentez comme chez vous, les voisins sont extrêmement sympathiques vous vous sentez en famille. La terrasse est époustouflante avec une vue incroyable, vous pouvez apercevoir Stromboli fumant au loin. La douche extérieure est un vrai plus. Je tenais à remercier l’hôte pour l’accueil et à Marco qui a rendu le séjour encore plus incroyable. Je vous recommande fortement ce logement si vous voulez passer un moment hors du temps et vous reposer.

L appartement dispose d une vue incroyable et d une terrasse énorme. Il est situé dans une zone très calme. L accueil est exceptionnel : attente au port et transfert de la valise. Y aller les yeux fermés !

Beatrice’s home was so peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. All the kitchen amenities and Beatrice was very kind by providing coffee, breakfast snacks, pasta n sauce for my kids. Also she gave us some local wine which made the journey to the island trip extra special. My family and I fell in love with the island of Salina and would definitely come back and stay at Beatrice’s house again!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cette magnifique villa avec un vrai caractère et une vue fantastique sur la mer et les îles. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux accompagné d'une assiette de fruit et d'une bouteille de Prosecco. Antonio a été très reactif à nos demandes (problème d'initialisation de clim résolu rapidement). Attention la troisième chambre n'est incluse dans le prix que à partir de 5 personnes. L'accès en pente ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place with beautiful views! The host was so helpful, kind, and had everything you needed. We had a wonderful stay. Only down side was because we were off season not as many restaurants open. But we still found some excellent places to eat. Beautiful island.

Noi tre ragazze abbiamo pernottato per tre notti e siamo state molto bene. consigliamo a tutti l’appartamento di Silvia a Canneto! Ecco alcuni punti forti e deboli dell‘alloggio. Punti forti: ottima posizione, mare favoloso, terrazza con vista mare + Stromboli; spiaggia splendida e bar come anche fermata autobus e supermercato vicinissimi, si dorme bene grazie all‘aria condizionata e per chi preferisce e non si infastidisce dei rumori della strada (autobus, pescivendolo,…) può dormire anche con le finestre aperte; letto e divanoletto comodo. Punti deboli: la cucina potrebbe essere attrezzata meglio (pentole, padelle, coltelli, spezie, alimenti generali,…) ; per accendere il fornello si necessita dell’accendino che però mancava; inoltre ci sarebbe piaciuto trovare il sapone per le mani e del bagnoschiuma e shampoo per la doccia. La lavatrice, mancando il detersivo, non l’abbiamo potuta utilizzare. Inoltre, per chi è un po‘ meno agile la doccia potrebbe risultare forse un po‘ stretta.

Großartige Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Terasse umgeben vom Meer, Ausblick auf die gesamte Bucht von Canneto, Strände schnell zu erreichen, Supermarkt & Bäckerei direkt in der Nähe. Alles sauber, super Ausstattung, von Küchenutensilien bis zum Einkaufswagen, Sonnenschirm, Grill alles da! Super freundliche Gastgeberin, die sofort auf alle unsere Fragen reagiert hat, Gasflasche war leer und wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit getauscht. Gemütliche liebevolle Einrichtung. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen dass der Zugang zum privaten Strand durch einen Sturm beschädigt und nicht möglich war. Haben uns so wohl gefühlt dass wir noch um eine Woche verlängert haben. Absolute Empfehlung!

Claudia hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns direkt auch ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Air B N B bereit gestellt ( Butter, Brote, Kekse, Jogurt). Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber vom Strand und neben einem kleinen Kiosk bei dem man sich Getränke und Eis holen kann und ca. 30 Minuten von Taormina entfernt. Der Balkon geht zur Straße hinaus, was wir aber wussten und für uns kein Problem war. Wir fanden es richtig schön und genau das Richtige für eine Woche Strand, Siesta in der Wohnung, und wieder Strand. Vielen Dank Claudia:)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Maria, sie und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber & sehr hilfsbereit! Unsere Wohnung war groß und geräumig, alles sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Supermarkt und Strand sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Prinzipiell gibt es in der Nähe auch Bahnstationen, aber wenn man Ausflüge machen will, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Nach Taormina und Cefalu sind es etwas über eine Stunde. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder :)

Très bel appartement situé au 1er étage (conforme aux photos) face a la mer et proche de toutes commodités. On ne pouvait rêver mieux ! Si nous devions revenir à Patti, nous reprendrions le même appartement !

The place is great, sea views are very beautiful. The apartment is clean and communication with the host was good. We were there late may, the beach closed and lots of garbage on beach that nobody cleaned. The town it self does not have much going on at all. It’s a 40-45 drive from Cefalù, town definitely worth a visit

Un logement spacieux et très agréable, avec une belle terrasse sur la mer. Idéal pour les amoureux de la mer et de la baignade avec un accès facile à pied au centre-ville, à ses commerces et restaurants ainsi qu’au port. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour, je recommande.

Mauro war super nett und immer zu erreichen. Man konnte ihn alles fragen. Die Wohnung war ein Traum und der Sonnenuntergang bombastisch ☀️. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden wieder kommen 🫶🏻

Bahia was a wonderful host! Responsive and with lots of tips. The house itself has a beautiful terrace with views of Stromboli. The beach access was under repair after a storm, but we swam from the beach and can conform it is wonderful! The house is perfectly located next to restaurants the supermarket and the bus to the ferry. Would highly recommend travelling to each of the islands, each one is completely unique! Had a wonderful stay and would visit again!
