Condo vacation rentals in Lipari

The stay at Casa Mennula was great. Great location, the house is comfortable and we loved the terrace, where we spent most of our time. Malfa is a very nice town! Super recommended!

Great studio apartment for a couple. Everything was clean and well set up. Easy walking distance to the town centre for restaurants and supermarket. The apartment has a lovely terrace to sit out on and enjoy meals outside. The hosts, Gaetano and Sara were very friendly and most hospitable during our stay.

The house is wonderful, shared with 3 other apartments, but it has the right amount of quiet. The view of the sea is very nice and the terrace with outdoor kitchen was great for enjoying the outside. The house's location is excellent, close to both the center of Malfa and the various streets that lead to the other municipalities and beaches. Alessandra was very kind and helpful, responsive and ready to help us with small failures that occurred during the stay (electricity and gas, but you know, on an island occasionally it happens). The only flaw is the road to get to the house, which has two options: a dirt road of about 10-15 minutes (not ideal for trolleys or people with little mobility - not accessible via scooter) or a paved road where you can get there with the mopeds and from there it is about a 3-minute walk on a small dirt road. I add it to the description because it wasn't very clear to me from the listing, but fortunately we had no problems - maybe it can serve someone in the future.

The location of the Airbnb is set in a beautiful terrace and is very quiet which is 1 of my main requirements. The kitchen is well equipped. Stunning view down to the sea and walkable into the village where there are restaurants a supermarket and lovely Deli. There's a reasonable bus service to take you to key points.....can pay in cash on the bus. As the property is on a hill there are steps down to the accommodation so this may make it a challenging location for those with poor mobility. Luved my peaceful stay in Malfa :)

perfect,next to the beach,with showers,very easy to park. At 200 meters, great bar with sweet and savory, and otherwise a 3-minute drive to Calderà square, Lidl 6 minutes by car. Recommended!

Beautiful house, clean and well equiped. AC and hot water at all times. Very friendly host and cleaning staff. 3 minutes walk to a beautiful beach with lifeguards and affordable sunbeds. In general just the perfect place to relax.

A spacious and very pleasant accommodation, with a beautiful terrace on the sea. Ideal for lovers of the sea and swimming with easy walking access to the city center, its shops and restaurants as well as the port. We had a lovely stay there, I recommend it.

Meeting Nunziatina and her mother were a plus to our visit. Nunziatina was very responsive and answered all our questions. Our stay was lovely and the views are spectacular.

I stayed in Santina's apartment with my girlfriend and a friend and we had a great time. The house is really very nice and welcoming and Santina was very available to meet all our requests and needs. When we return to Lipari we will definitely stay again from Santina.

We spent a few days relaxing at the property. The rest of the rooms were empty, so we had the property and pool completely to ourselves. In particular, the view over the infinitive pool at sunset was unique.

Very nice accommodation and well located. Hosts were very responsive to our requests. I would recommend it.

We had a great time in the cozy little apartment. The surroundings are very lush and green. As there is no balcony or terrace, we spent a lot of time at the excellent pool area which feels very tranquil and private. The next village is nothing special but has all the necessary shops. A little further away there are some great spots like San Marco d'Alunzio which we could easily visit by a short drive. As the host Giuseppe was away for business, we unfortunately only met him a few minutes before checking out - I'm sure his knowledge and passion for the farm and its history would have augmented our stay even more. But even like this, we felt care and dedication that is put into the Fattoria Didattica. The only negative point I would mention is the sofa-bed which shows its age and is a bit hard and creaky. Only a problem if you visit with more than two people. Five stars for everything else!

Our stay at Agostino’s was absolutely fantastic! Before we even arrived Agostino was sharing suggestions on things to do in the area and recommended some amazing places like a beautiful beach we ended up going to. He was a wonderful host, always available and quick to respond to any questions! All of his suggestions were great and descriptive as well! The condo was exactly as described and even better in person. When we arrived he had the fridge stocked with juice for the kids, drinks for the adults and water! We especially loved the rooftop with the pool and seriously beautiful views! Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Terrogrotta. This experience was the best we have ever had at an Airbnb. We'll definitely be back!
