Condo vacation rentals in Lipari

The stay at Casa Mennula was great. Great location, the house is comfortable and we loved the terrace, where we spent most of our time. Malfa is a very nice town! Super recommended!

Fabio è stato un host molto disponibile, cordiale e ci ha dato tantissimi consigli sull'isola. La casa era in una posizione ottima, nuova, pulita e ben arredata.

Segurament el millor airbnb en què mai hem estat. Les millors vistes de Lipari, un indret fantàstic. La casa, impecable i molt ben equipada. Però el millor de tot, l’amabilitat i l’atenció. Leonardo ens va venir a buscar al port, ens va acompanyar a recollir el cotxe de lloguer, ens va recomanar els millors llocs i ens va atendre com si fóssim amics o família. Ens vam sentir com a casa. Sens dubte, el millor lloc on allotjar-se a Lipari, el recomano a tothom!

Great location in Malfa - comfortable, relaxing, and centrally located to reach amenities and the beach all in under 20 mins by foot. Easy to take the bus from two nearby stops (5 min walk). House was fully equipped with everything you would need + some extras (ie, coffee maker, laundry machine). Only thing missing for me was a kettle, as a tea drinker! For all of the AirBnB rentals from Alessandra/Salina Tourism, it is required to manage the garbage/recycling yourself, separating all the types and putting garbage out for collection on a daily basis. This was a bit odd for me and is not a normal requirement from any AirBnB I have heard of (generally garbage is managed by the host or property managers). I was only there for 1 week and did not always manage this responsibility, but did my best to comply. Overall the stay was extremely pleasant and Alessandra and the other staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend dropping by the office to say hi!

The location of the Airbnb is set in a beautiful terrace and is very quiet which is 1 of my main requirements. The kitchen is well equipped. Stunning view down to the sea and walkable into the village where there are restaurants a supermarket and lovely Deli. There's a reasonable bus service to take you to key points.....can pay in cash on the bus. As the property is on a hill there are steps down to the accommodation so this may make it a challenging location for those with poor mobility. Luved my peaceful stay in Malfa :)

La casa è meravigliosa, condivisa con altri 3 appartamenti, ma ha la giusta dose di quiete. La vista sul mare è molto bella e la terrazza con cucina esterna sono state ottime per godersi il fuori. La posizione della casa è ottima, vicina sia al centro di Malfa che verso le strade varie che portano agli altri comuni e le spiagge. Alessandra è stata molto gentile e disponibile, responsiva e pronta ad aiutarci con dei piccoli guasti avvenuti durante il soggiorno (elettricità e gas, ma si sa, su un'isola ogni tanto accade). Unica pecca è la strada per arrivare alla casa, che ha due opzioni: uno sterrato di circa 10-15 min (non ideale per i trolley o persone con poca mobilità - non raggiungibile via scooter) oppure una stradina asfaltata dove arrivare con i motorini e da lì è circa 3 min a piedi su un pezzettino di sterrato. Lo aggiungo alla descrizione perché non mi era molto chiaro dal listing, però fortunatamente non abbiamo avuto problemi - magari può servire a qualcuno in futuro.

Rosella communicated right up to when we arrived. She met us at the port with a huge friendly smile. Nothing was too much for Rosella, she and her sister in law, Erina were wonderful and made our stay extra special and memorable Also gave us great restaurant and coffee shop recommendations. The views were amazing and the best you will ever have in Lipari yet, only a short walk, 100m to the centre. Highlly recommend this place and definitely stay there again.

disponibile in tutto e per tutto...appartamento in ottima posizione...pulitissimo e spazioso...ottimo praticamente in tutto...consigliato sotto ogni aspetto...grazie e speriamo in un arrivederci

Francesco made us feel very welcome. Very warm and friendly host. He even showed us some of his favourite eating spots in Stefano when he picked us up from the station! He was very generous. Always responded quickly to questions and helped us out with some extras. The flat had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable. A great outdoor area to relax in the afternoons. Very quiet at nice, some very restful sleeps. The town is a great place to visit. Many amazing restaurants and places to eat and drink. The locals were very friendly. A perfect town for a weeks stay with enough to do to keep entertained. Molto grazie Francesco!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Maria, sie und ihre Familie sind tolle Gastgeber & sehr hilfsbereit! Unsere Wohnung war groß und geräumig, alles sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Supermarkt und Strand sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Prinzipiell gibt es in der Nähe auch Bahnstationen, aber wenn man Ausflüge machen will, ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Nach Taormina und Cefalu sind es etwas über eine Stunde. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder :)

Un logement spacieux et très agréable, avec une belle terrasse sur la mer. Idéal pour les amoureux de la mer et de la baignade avec un accès facile à pied au centre-ville, à ses commerces et restaurants ainsi qu’au port. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour, je recommande.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, danke an Nunziatina und ihre Mutter für die herzliche Beherbergung. Tolle Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Terrasse hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick über den Hafen von San Gregorio. Parken ist in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich. Öl, Salz, Gewürze, Waschmittel von vorherigen Mietern ist noch vorhanden und nutzbar. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber, die AC funktioniert. Wenn möglich, Mückenspray mitbringen.

Photos do not do this place justice. It is truly spectacular - real oasis with the best view in Capo. The room itself was beautiful and the horizon pool was breathtaking. If you want a beautiful escape - this is for you.

Ho soggiornato nell'appartamento di Santina con la mia ragazza e un mio amico e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è veramente molto bella ed accogliente e Santina si è dimostrata disponibilissima a venir incontro a tutte le nostre richieste ed esigenze. Quando torneremo a Lipari soggiorneremo sicuramente ancora da Santina.

Il soggiorno presso Villa Fiorità è stato perfetto.Il luogo è incantevole, lontano dalla confusione e immerso nella natura.La vista sull'isola è mozzafiato.L'appartamento è spazioso, curato e con tutti i comfort necessari.I padroni di casa sono stati molto ospitali e ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio offrendoci anche prelibatezze del luogo.Consigliatissimo!

Wir haben ein paar Tage zur Erholung in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die restlichen Zimmer waren leer, sodass wir Grundstück und Pool komplett für uns hatten. Insbesondere der Blick über den Infinitiv-Pool zum Sonnenuntergang war einzigartig.

Siamo stati due settimane e siamo stati benissimo! Il posto è bellissimo, tranquillo e fresco. Nel residence c’è la piscina e uno spazio per i bambini, oltre ad un area comune con il barbecue. Davide è stato sempre gentile e disponibile! Consigliato!

Die Lage und der Ausblick vom Hügel auf das Meer und die Inseln waren wunderschön. Insbesondere beim Sonnenuntergang großartig. Benötigt wird immer ein Auto, um Unternehmungen und Erledigungen zu tätigen. Das war uns vorher klar, daher war es kein Thema. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war super. Toll wäre, wenn der Balkon mehr Privatsphäre bieten würde. So sieht man seine Nachbarn leider direkt und sitzt Rücken an Rücken (ein halber Sichtschutz ist vorhanden). Sauber war es ebenfalls. Schade war für den Preis, dass das Apartment nicht nach der Hälfte der Zeit gereinigt und der Müll geleert wurde. Das war bei vier Nächten kein großes Thema. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie Pool und Fitnessstudio fanden wir auch super. Von Claudio bekamen wir einen persönlichen Check in und Empfehlungen - danke!

A superb place, perfect for a peaceful vacation. Located in a quiet area with splendid views, close to the sea. The apartment is very cozy and impeccably clean.

Had the most amazing stay with some friends at Maria Rosa's place. Could not recommend it enough! The place was beautiful and you can see so much effort has been put into the upkeep of it, the pool was great and there even was a laundry room which was very convenient. We will definitely be back!! :)
