Beachfront vacation rentals in Lipari

At the risk of replicating so many of the other wonderful reviews I must unequivocally say that Beatrice’s home was absolutely stellar. Every single aspect was superb: the design, location, conveniences/equipment/furnishings were all incomparable! BUT most importantly the care, attention, and genuine and authentic hospitality were the most remarkable. Beatrice and her mother could not have made us feel more like family and not simply renter-guests. We are only one day removed from the tender sea breeze embrace of Salina and already feeling the pull to return. I cannot imagine an Aeolian stay anywhere else as glorious as Appartmento Maria Teritza. If AirBnB gave lifetime achievement awards to hosts, Beatrice and her family should be at the very, very top of the list. So many heartfelt thanks from myself, Kirsten, and of course Dinky!

Great room with small kitchenette and private bathroom. Large enough for table and chairs for meals. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything buses and ferries. Highly recommend. On

Pietro's accommodation has completely met our expectations - especially in terms of location as the house is very close to the port, a fundamental element for us as we moved every morning with hydrofoils to the other islands. The studio has everything you need for those who need to stay a few days. Pietro was very kind to us and from the beginning extremely available to give us information about the island of Lipari and the other Aeolian Islands, with useful tips and directions. Thank you for everything!

The house was very nice with large exteriors and a very nice rooftop terrace and a 10-minute walk to the center . Thanks to Giuseppe who was very responsive to our requests and helpful . Have a great stay

Extraordinary apartment, extremely well located a short walk from everything and especially on the beach. Everything was perfect, in this place time stops and you feel at home, the neighbors are extremely friendly you feel like family. The terrace is breathtaking with an amazing view, you can catch a glimpse of Stromboli smoking in the distance. The outdoor shower is a real plus. I wanted to thank the host for hosting and to Marco who made the stay even more amazing. I highly recommend this place if you want to spend some time out of time and rest.

I highly recommend Alfredo's Air BnB, it was clean, tidy and cosy and had everything we needed for our family. We loved the Aeolian design. It was close to the bus stop, beach, bars, grocery shop and restaurants...the view from the terrace was amazing. Canneto is the best swimming spot on the island, so if you want to enjoy the water this is where you need to stay. Alfredo's service was great, he was very helpful.

Paola and Marcello's historic family home matches the descriptions. It is located in the historic center of Lipari in a quiet area, 5 minutes from the port and close to clubs and services. It is equipped, a comfortable and informal nest. Our vacation was special thanks to the welcome of Marcello, who picked us up at the port, accompanied us to spectacular places and offered experiences and stories with Paola with rare attention and availability.

The accommodation is newly renovated, functional, very ventilated in the evening (there is still a good air conditioning system for those who want it) and equipped with everything you need. Faithful to the description and photos, it is very convenient for boarding ferries and for its proximity to the historic center of Lipari. Good base for visiting the island. Maybe a little noisy on the kitchen side when the ferries are disembarking. Very present and helpful Francesca who welcomed us warmly and gave us many tips. I would definitely recommend it!

We (2 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 4.5 years) really enjoyed our stay at the pool house of Roberto and his mother. The furnishings with kitchen and bathrooms were excellent, and everything was sparkling clean. Our children especially enjoyed the pool! The garden with the many olive trees and palm trees was a beautiful retreat. The information about the surrounding area that Roberto provided was extremely helpful. We took some great trips, including to Milazzo, Marinello, Cefalù, Taormina and even Mount Etna. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area that we tried. Our children especially loved the pizzas at the Al Borgo restaurant. We can 100% recommend a stay here!

Five stars is just a few to be in heaven. The cottage is comfortable and well kept but the real highlight is the patio with one of the most beautiful views you could ever want. Recommended strastrastra!

I stayed here with my family. The house was very very clean, tidy. The kitchen was great, equipped with all the tools for cooking and eating. The living room had a very comfortable and soft sofa bed, as well as the mattresses in the bedroom. The terrace had an outdoor table and chairs where we spent our evenings. The bathroom is also great and impeccably clean. In addition, various gaming tools such as Uno cards and tennis rackets are provided. As for the car, right in front of the house there is a very safe condominium parking lot, and you can see the car very well from the house. Very quiet area, great for relaxation and beautiful beach with crystal clear water and with zero noise around. The host is very helpful and ready to help us in any eventuality, I thank him again for his kindness and the excellent work done. If we went back to Sicily, we'd definitely come back here.

We had a great stay at Nicoletta’s place. The views are amazing, and the house is spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stacked, towels (shower and beach) all provided. Couldn’t ask for anything else. Nicoletta is a perfect host, always making herself available, and providing great local recommendations. Nice, walkable, local beach nearby (bring your water shoes). Would stay again without hesitation.

superb stay at Fiorella's apartment, the view of the strait between vulcano and lipari is sumptuous, watching the sailboats you can see the whole archipelago of wind turbines and fantastic sunsets. the residence is far from all shops, we were on foot: 20min from the beach and 25/30 minutes from shops. i recommend it +++ thanks for everything

Carla’s place is a gem in paradise.

We were warmly welcomed at the reception. The apartment was as described and seen in the photos. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. Upon request for a high chair, a new one was bought, as no one was available so far. This was great for our stay. The pool and everything around it is very nice and super well maintained and clean. There are drinks and snacks to buy at the reception. The accommodations are right on the railway tracks, which could be heard even when the windows were closed, but that did not bother us.

We rented the house from Patrizia in March, at the time on the island is rather calm, but very charming. There are several restaurants, hiking and relaxing on the beach. Patrizia and her daughter are lovely, responsive, helpful in choosing restaurants, and recommending local attractions. The house is very cozy, there is a well-equipped kitchen and a grill on the terrace, which you can also use. The house was very clean, as described. The entire town is located on the eastern side of the island, so it's very sunny in the morning and in the garden. Unfortunately, after 2/15 pm, the sun disappears too high, making it impossible to admire the sunset. In my opinion, this is the only drawback of the place, although on hot summer days it may be an advantage. Another important note - there is no drinking water on the island, I recommend bringing water in a bottle :)

Our stay in Canneto was wonderful. The island of Lipari is fantastic and Canneto beach is simply wonderful. The place is spacious, clean, well equipped, and very close to the coast. Clean and fragrant. The welcome was great. Stefano is an exemplary guest. The only suggestion I can give, in addition to highly recommending the accommodation, is to look for a way to darken the entrance living room when it is also used for sleeping. Blackout curtains would have allowed for better sleep, although already optimal. Thank you for everything

The two of us spent five days on Lipari and had the best starting position for day trips to the neighboring islands thanks to this beautiful accommodation. It is only a few minutes' walk to the jetty from which the boats start. The apartment has everything you need to feel good. From the terrace you have a nice view and also the kitchen is spacious. Nothing is missing. You feel right at home. Communication went well, we were personally received and followed many more tips. Not far are bakers, supermarket and restaurants. Almost in front of the house is a large greengrocer, but he also has a lot of groceries. We hope to come back soon and would like to thank Concetta and Giovanni again for the nice time!

Both the location is the flat were great! We had a rooftop terrace with a view on the sea and the flat was exactly as described (better looking even than on the pictures). Francesco welcomed us straight at the ferry port in Lipari and helped us to find the bus to Canetto (which by the way is a very convenient service with frequent shuttles back and forth). He showed us around the flat, informed us about the neighborhood and offered to show us around the island if we'd wanted to. Best feature of the place is probably that it's 50 meters from the beach literally! Also there's a supermarket very close which makes it convenient to cook when we did not want to eat out. All in all a great experience in the aeolian islands!

We had a very nice stay. The location of the apartment is very good, great is also the very close beach. If we had any questions, we were always able to contact Sergio and always received a quick response. We will be happy to come back!

amazing place on this beautiful, peacefull Island, we loved it!

After giving us very specific directions on how to get to the place, Edoardo and Paola waited for us and introduced us to the room. Immediately very kind and very available for any need, we had a really good time. Environment in impeccable condition, clean and equipped with everything you need and more. A bottle of prosecco and drinks in the fridge that gave us relief during the hot August along with the air conditioning, plus a pack of pasta and what you needed to season it. A place that I highly recommend for those who want to feel at home even on vacation.

Beautiful house with a super terrace overlooking Lipari, if I had to return to Salina I would not hesitate to stay here again, it is really worth it!
