In one word ge-wel-dig! Everything is available for a wonderful stay. Everywhere is well thought out. Upon entering, we felt right at home. In the garden, we could sit wonderfully, with a glass of the welcome drink! Thanks for that! Then the sauna and the hot tub, which of course completely ensures the ultimate relaxation! And in the evening on the sofa with a snack and a drink and then Netflix on the mega large screen, which was of course also fantastic to then dream away in a lovely bed. We will definitely come back here!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Frederic's place. The house is located in a quiet, rural village. We have not been bothered by ambient noise at all. Frederic personally welcomed us and all the information was clearly explained. The house was equipped with all comforts and more. The sauna is an added value to completely relax. The areas were clean and match the pictures. Congratulations on your beautiful home, Frederic. It was an ideal start to 2025.

Jérôme's place was a great place to stay in Huy! The apartment is very well designed and is extremely well kept. We had a small issue with our hot water, but Jérôme fixed it very quickly. It made our two days in Belgium feel like home while we visited family. I recommend staying here.

Nathalie's place is very clean and more beautiful than the pictures. The apartment is big for 2 people and the cleanliness is the added advantage. Bathroom is clean and the apartment gives a rustic feeling. The area is safe and the public transport nearby. highly recommended place.

La Quinta is a slice of heaven on earth, away from the bustle of the city and all the worries. Joana is the perfect hostess, leading you to the best bakery or ice cream shop nearby. Our children who love the goats, pigs, geese, ponies and the (pregnant) donkey, and the adults actually too. As if the well-equipped games room was not enough, there is also a caravan full of toys in the garden. The interior is curated with care, taste and creativity and it is wonderful to spend time on the terrace. La Quinta is the ideal base for a beautiful region and for, for example, a walk around the castle of Modave and the beautiful view there. But would you leave La Quinta? The only downside is that donkey Marie-José did not like it during our stay. 🫣

Philippe is a very hospitable host. If you have any questions or problems, he is always available and resolves them as quickly as possible, responding to your needs. The place was one of the cleanest places we've ever entered. The house is a bit more rustic and you notice the age of the house. This did not bother us in any way, as all the described features were available. Philippe strives to develop and improve the house. Highlights included new upholstered furniture, new mattresses and a very nice bathroom. The house has a very good location to do a lot (e.g. Durbuy, Barvaux, Fond-des-Vaux in Marche-en-Famenne. The only negative point is the very noisy main road, where some road users race by at excessive speed. We will return and are curious to see how Philippe will further develop the house by then. Thank you for the wonderful time and the great hospitality!

Very friendly host, quick to reply to any queries. The accommodation is beautiful. All amenities are provided and we had a wonderful time. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures and the bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. This is very pleasant if you are with 6 people. Highly recommended!

We visited our daughter for a few days, who is studying in Maastricht. Her younger brothers were able to stay with her, we had this beautiful two-room apartment to ourselves. Our children were able to visit us for dinner due to the spacious kitchen and large dining table and we felt really at home for a few days. The location is great, right next to a beautiful pedestrian bridge to the city. There is always something going on in the public square behind the house, yet it is relatively quiet. This is also good, because due to the older, Dutch construction of the walls, windows and roof, you can hear almost every noise from outside. The furniture and the equipment of the upper three floors are very high quality and have charm. The rooms are bright and friendly. The first floor is a kind of office that you don't really need to live in. Philippe helped quickly when we needed something. Overall a great experience that was worth the money.

Beautiful large space, beautifully modernly furnished with a sauna (and billiards) as the icing on the cake. Nice that the sleeping space and bathroom are on a loft. Bed is very conformation. Around the house beautiful horses and nice dogs. In the area there are easy to do several walks in the beautiful hills, or a visit to Liège is easy to organize. Also, shops are within short distance. Very convenient, nice place conveniently located.

In the photos, the cottage already looked fantastic, but I reality it was much better! The kids were very impressed, and wanted to keep living there! The space, the decor, everything was great! The pool was fantastic, we made wonderful use of this every day! We also found the house surprisingly complete, with keeping in front of the fireplace and BBQ, all the stuff to cook and bbq. Also the contact with the hostess was very nice, and quick responses. We really enjoyed it!!!
