My nice apartment has been just finished a few years ago and it is located in a quite residence, just at about 1km from the beach. It is located at the ground floor with a wide veranda just in front at the swimming pool. Inside, it is composed by a wide fully equipped kitchen and dining room/living room. Then a large comfortable double bedroom, another double bedroom with indipendent access and a modern bathroom w/shower maxi with hydro-massage. Grill and private parking.

A great house, with a garden and porch with incredible views of the island of Tavolara. Roberto and Luciano were very kind, and always available for anything. The area is very peaceful and quiet, ideal for spending a few days relaxing. A 2-minute drive away, you can hire excursions to the island of Tavolara and its surroundings, with turquoise waters and spectacular seabeds. A great accommodation find. We had a great time at Caterina's. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The view of the countryside was very calming. Budoni beach can be reached in a few minutes by car (dogs allowed).

We had a very pleasant day at Mariantonietta's house. Everything went smoothly, the house was quiet, peaceful, with all the equipment, even beach chairs and a parasol. The mornings were very pleasant, the view of the sea and the distant sound of grazing animals calmed me down ☺️

Excellent stay in Sardinia in this residence ideally located about forty kilometers from Olbia airport Located near a supermarket and a few kilometers from beautiful beaches, we were greeted late the first night due to a plane delay. Despite this, our hosts welcomed us. Very clean apartment, washing machine, quiet residence with the possibility of barbecues. The only point to improve would be the pool, unheated and with temperatures a little low in early May. Great value and remarkable hospitality. Highly recommended

Julian was a very responsive host he always answered messages super quick. Any problems or issues were responded and dealt with at the earliest opportunity. Recycling is huge in Sardinia and prior to arrival Julian communicated the procedure so on arrival with help of instructions we knew exactly what was expected and found it easy to carry out. The property is in a beautiful area with surrounding countryside and lovely walks with spectacular views and something I enjoyed taking full advantage of while watching the sun rise across the sea. The property is also conveniently located near to beautiful villages and beaches I would suggest you hire a car as it is quite rural and taxis are expensive. We had an amazing time and cannot praise Sardinia enough, it exceeded our expectations and Julian’s property was perfect to explore the Northeast of Sardinia.
