房東先生人真的真的太好了，因為整團人有九位，需要五間房，每間還有雙人床，真的睡得很舒服，我們主要去高雄是為了隔天路跑，房東讓我們晚一小時checkout，然後還提供附近相對便宜的停車場的資訊，早上還推薦我們附近有好吃的早餐，是一位很棒的房東。 房間更不用說，每層都有淋浴跟廁所，人多真的不用擔心搶廁所，熱水也很夠用，不用擔心，水壓一切正常，頂樓還有麻將跟電視可以看，很適合大家聚會的好地方。地下一樓還有ktv，所以不想聊天不大麻將去唱歌也可以。

房東人超棒的 地點超棒的 房間也很棒

房東人很有善直接送鑰匙來給你，房源也很乾淨，位置超級無敵好去哪都很方便走路一分鐘就有711，捷運沒使用到但是走路應該也是3分鐘內。附近很多吃的，唯一缺點是隔音沒有很好但其他的很讚呦！下次朋友來還會推薦這邊！

great stay close to the lively night market and mrt station! clean room though kept seeing tiny ants crawling on the coffee table which weren’t too bad. washer is a great perk and very spacious. would stay again!

Only stayed for one night, but it was great for a quick stay. Check-in was easy. The bed is two side-by-side singles making it in essence a king-size bed. The host even accommodated my early check-in requirement.

The place was right next to a train station so it was easy to go to and from different locations. Though prepare to climb a flight of stairs since there's no elevator, but other than that, the place was perfect for our group!

大樓看起來有年紀，但房間非常的溫馨， 加上房主的親切介紹，整體感覺非常舒服， 不過還是有小缺點， 1.洗澡有乾濕分離很讚，但熱水的水壓不足，只要拿高一點很容易會變成全冰水，太低就會很燙，所以要花點時間調整水龍頭。 2.熱水器的問題因為是自動加熱，當晚上自己加熱時會有微微的運轉聲，淺眠的人需要自己評估！ （但我個人是深眠的人，所以沒有影響） 小缺點的部分我都還可以接受，就看個人的接受程度再決定或詢問一下房主是否有改善～ 但我覺得整體來說是優點勝過缺點的！

The unit is not very big but SUPER CUTE. It looks just like the pictures but with less room between furniture. However, you have almost everything you need in this small apartment. I can see that Jimmy put a lot of thought into making it comfortable for visitors. There are two rooms and one sofa bed in between. You may feel the gap on the sofa bed where the seat and back connect when you lay on it. We have three adults and everyone enjoyed his/her personal space during four nights of our stay. The apartment is very quiet and only 5 minutes walk to the metro station and only two metro stops to the most popular newly developed area "Pier 2". Thank you Jimmy for your quick response to our requests and questions. We had a wonderful stay in Kaohsiung and hope to book your place next time when I return.

The place was perfect - beautiful decorated, well equipped and very well located. The mom host came to welcome us, which was highly appreciated rather than the usuel key lock. We highly recommend this place !

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt.

An-Tie’s listing was all that was promised and more. Took me a while to wriggle the key 🔑 into my room, but I managed. Great stay, especially if you are a party of 3+. Very family friendly environment with a modest kitchen and living room setup. Highly recommended for first comers in the city 🌆. Great spot for entertainment and good food. 🥘

Absolutely fantastic apartment for a remote worker like me. Great internet speed and a nice big desk. Loved having the big TV to watch movies or shows on in the evenings and the view out of the window onto the harbour is great as well. Everything is brand new and kept very very clean. 7-11 right downstairs, grocery store nearby, and plenty of restaurants and shops as well. Will 100% come back here on my next trip to Kaohsiung!

Happy is super prompt, the location is fantastic. Close to MRT, 7Eleven and a great coffee shop close by.

We had a fantastic stay. Daniela was so friendly and helpful and her English is impeccable. Her apartment is bright, clean and huge! It has a very well stocked and large kitchen, 4 bathrooms and comfy beds. Grateful for a washing machine too. Would definitely stay again. 😊
