The villa is located in the most unspoilt area of the village moments away from the locals' two favourite beaches, Fokia beach, where in the old times seals were gathering to give birth and Archeftas beach. The main beach of Pefkos, Kavos and many others with beach bars and water sports activities are also within walking distance from the villa.

The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed .
