The main beach of Pefkos, Kavos and many others with beach bars and water sports activities are also within walking distance from the villa.

The ground floor of the house includes a kitchen , a bathroom and a living room with a sofa-bed . The first floor has a large bedroom with a large bed for two people and a second bedroom with two single beds. Also there is a small restroom.
