The second time we stayed at this apartment and we were extremely pleased with everything. Super airy apartment with huge private balcony, super favorable for our Pets leisure area. The house is very well taken care of, very close to the center of Serra Negra (6-7 minutes). Well spacious town, legal leisure area and one of the rooms still has a crib! We enjoyed it a lot and we intend to go back, Maria Amélia gave all the instructions of the house, it was pretty cool!

The accommodation is amazing, just perfect! As soon as we arrived, we were surprised by the size of the accommodation, much larger than it appeared in the listing. The house is clean without a bad smell or a closed house smell, on the contrary it smelled very nice. The kitchen is 100% equipped, we don't need to bring anything and we don't miss anything, we use baking sheets, sandwich maker, microwave, dishes and utensils in general. The environment is completely safe. It fit 4 cars easily inside the house, but at various times we left the cars outside to make better use of the space with the children and we were not afraid to leave the cars outside, very quiet place. There is a lake in front of the house where we were able to fish and it did not smell bad. Pedro was very attentive at various times, helped us and returned messages very quickly and at the time of departure, we had a problem with one of the cars and he provided us with support. I highly recommend the place, especially if you're going with kids!

The farm is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious house, has all the necessary utensils, great barbecue space, topp pool, everything was extremely clean at our check-in… very friendly host, always answered quickly and answered all questions… the lake for fishing is on the property and we enjoyed it very much. The property next door has some animals that my kids loved, every morning they went to see them!! Access to the farm is very peaceful, it is close to the highway, a great place to rest in contact with nature!!! Super recommended, we'll be back for sure!

By far one of the best accommodation I've ever accommodated We were surprised by the extremely clean and tidy bed and bath linens. we had a small issue with the tv on Friday that was not working, promptly Fernanda answered us and arranged for the exchange. It was three days of unforgettable stays, an atmosphere of peace and a priceless landscape! The farm is super spacious and airy, the heated pool is a plus on autumn days, the view of the mountains and the sky is sensational, for Moon lovers it is a full plate! Laís was always super helpful. I intend to return soon.
