The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is extremely equipped with everything (and even more) that you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, since it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

We really enjoyed the experience, great bedrooms and bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, when we arrived everything was very clean. Juliana was attentive to everything we needed, left fruit, cake and a bis to welcome us. We would definitely come back more often.

We spent quiet days at the accommodation! The house has a TV with various streaming services, a nice barbecue area. If you want to go to relax in the hammock, it will be a great place, as it is very quiet. Carol is very helpful and quickly answered my questions. Carol's father presented us with a homemade bread that was delicious.

We really enjoyed the stay, the house and the impeccable cleanliness. Communication was also super fast. Super recommend 😃

I recommend the accommodation! The positive experience begins with the service until the checkout is performed. The site is better than the image, super comfortable, well cared for and extremely clean, with that smell of cleanliness that already causes well-being at the entrance. We were greeted with fresh pitaya! Beds are comfortable and the house has all the utensils and electronic equipment necessary for a great stay. The region is very quiet and ideal for those who seek to rest and escape the madness of a major city. The hosts gave all the necessary support, were well taken care of the guidelines and tips on where to eat and buy food in the proximity, other than this left loaves to feed the fish, which was my daughter's distraction. Anyway, I intend to return more often, as the experience was sensational!

The stay at Felipe's house exceeded expectations. Sensational house, with everything organized, a feeling of well-being and security for being inside the residential condominium. Extremely clean, spacious house, great for anyone who goes to Thermas Hot World in Águas de Lindóia, as the condominium has access that is within walking distance. The house has everything you need, I went with a family of 5 and it was very good to rest, get to know the nearby cities and enjoy the environment of the property. Felipe is extremely helpful too. I highly recommend it!

We were very well assisted on the premises of the house and in the recommended places, if we had any questions we were answered immediately. I will definitely come back other times and recommend it with my eyes closed!

Great house, matches the photos in the listing. Clean bed linens, no dusty smell, and clean floors. The owner even bought and had a clothes rack delivered during our stay. I didn't use the pool because the weather was cold. The only issue was the location, as it is a bit far from the center. As I didn't have a car, I had to use app drivers to get to and from the place, but nothing that spoiled the experience of the guesthouse. I highly recommend it!
