Great location for enjoying all that middle Tennessee has to offer! Only about 30 minutes from Jack Daniels, Southern Pride Distillery and Huntsville and less than 1.5 hrs for a day trip to Nashville.

They will not have access to main house as you will not have access to the apartment.

Distiller’s Cottage is in the historic district of Lynchburg, TN. It has been an nightly rental since 2016 and listed on AIRBNB since 11/2017, but changed ownership in May 2018. It's a short walk to the town square and the Jack Daniel Distillery. There is a private courtyard with a fireplace (wood provided)and a gas grill. The backyard is completely fenced in for your pets (limit 2, 25 lbs. maximum, $35 pet fee). Let's discuss the pets before you book.

Amy went above and beyond what was expected. We had to reschedule our stay due to sickness which she handled with kindness and concern. The cabin and grounds were beautiful, perfect for our family getaway. Peaceful well-kept setting. Secluded, but not far from town. When we arrived, lights were on as well as a welcome basket were waiting for us. Cabin was spotless. There are several porch swings, a fire pit, and trails to enjoy nature. There is also a (garage) game room with a lot to do which kept the younger ones entertained. Bicycles, basketball goal, ping pong table, etc. were available to use. Although our stay was for a family weekend get-away if you are looking for a wedding location, I imagine this place would be perfect! Whether a place to relax or a wedding venue is what you are needing, please check out Evergreen Gunter Hollow. The grounds, the cabin, and Amy were way beyond our expectations. Thank you, Amy, for a wonderful weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this airbnb. Very private and quiet. We also had the opportunity to meet the hosts as we saw them on their property and we reached out. We enjoyed hearing the history of the property, and they were very gracious. Those staying just need to be aware the bathrooms are not in the “house” where you stay, but they’re not far from the cabin and are very clean. Was not an issue for us. Would highly recommend and will keep it in mind for future stays as well.

Bill’s place was really lovely - we’d never stayed in an RV before, and I was really happy with how clean, cool, and spacious it was for two people. We were hoping to use it as a base for a music festival that got cancelled after our arrival, but it doubled perfectly as a relaxing place to read and cook, and William was super friendly and gracious when our plans changed. Would highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very charming, well located, and very well equipped! We had our Thanksgiving there. Lots of room to visit comfortably and the kitchen was stocked with all of the tools needed and much more! Stanley was in touch and very communicative and responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Depot retreat. We went to a comedy show in Huntsville and didn’t want to overpay for a hotel, so booked here instead and boy was it worth it. It felt so homey and peaceful. We only stayed for a night, but will definitely be coming back as it warms up and we can get in the river!
