This lake house was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true escape. The house had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway—cozy, clean, and so thoughtfully stocked. But what really stole our hearts was the view. Watching the sun set over the water each evening, wrapped in a blanket with nothing but the sound of the lake and laughter in the background, was pure magic. We made beautiful memories here and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Highly recommended, we will be back! We also used Lake Effects for our boat rental, they were fantastic! It’s about an 18 minute trip back to the house on the water.

Perfect spot on Lake Norman with everything you need inside the house. McKenna was a great host and would recommend the place to anyone!

I was pleasantly surprised at how warm, comfortable and bright the house was. There were instructions and suggestions on places to go and places to eat in the kitchen framed in stand up frames. The house was very cleaned. Nicholas had told us that he didn’t have time to mow the yard but it really wasn’t bad. We are familiar with the as we have family in Denver and I chose this house because it was only five minutes from our family’s house. Any questions we handled by text and Nicholas responded immediately. The house is located in a ver quiet neighborhood with lots of trees so when sitting on the front porch it felt very quiet. The neighbor even introduced himself when I was petting the cat walking around! All in all I would rent this house again and recommend it.

Rented the trabin for a long weekend getaway to celebrate my son's birthday. The house is cute and pretty perfect for a family. The master bedroom bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever had in an Airbnb. The porch was perfect to spend evenings with friends, and the dock and little beach was private and peaceful!! We will definitely rent again

We had a delightful stay. Check-in was flawless. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen well stocked. The house is well located with restaurants and grocery stores all within a 10 minute drive. We recommend!

fabulous location and property. close to everything you would want to do around LKN. very much enjoyed the outdoor space and all of the amenities this home had. Would totally do another round here, but for a longer stay next time.

Edwin was very responsive and friendly. The place was very clean and was a nice area. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area. It was quiet and the back porch was nice for some sunlight!

We couldn't have had a better stay! The home is so clean and cozy. Will definitely be returning again in the near future. The host is amazing and made sure they had everything covered. They even left supplies for smores, which my kids loved! Thank you for being awesome and we're excited to return next time!

Wow, what a location right by the lake! We absolutely loved this accommodation. its tastefully decorated, calm, peaceful and private. the living space is sociable and the front porch allows you to enjoy the view of the lake, the birds and just the wonderful peaceful atmosphere. there are kyaks and paddle boards and a beautiful dining area on the jetty. Comfortable beds, pretty linen, great bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen make it feel top end. Clearly this place is loved by the owner and we recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil stay. we came to Charlotte for the Speedway but we're so happy we got out of town to explore the countryside and enjoy Lake Norman. Downtown Moorseville is about 20 mins away and was a lovely place for a bit if shopping and some nice coffee ☕️ Thank you Patricia. we highly recommend your beautiful place at Tranquility Cove x

Overall great stay!! Place itself was excellent however wish there was more going on in the surrounding town.

Very private and quiet stay in a nice neighborhood. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment with nice work desk area. Recommend getting a rental car to get around but, it’s relatively close to downtown Charlotte and shopping malls.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Easy to find worked out for what I needed maybe more towels there were only two Mattress was very comfortable and the couch was cozy

Great place beautiful property

This airbnb is only 4 miles away from The Barn at Blue Sky Farm which is why I chose it to stay while attending a family wedding at that location. It is clean and very peaceful. Church bells play faintly off in the distance mid morning. Full kitchen with oven, stove and full sized fridge for anyone that wants to cook any meals. The guest is able to turn on either AC or heat and set the temperature. With the weather in the 70s during my stay I found AC in the late afternoon kept it comfortable and having the window and doors open earlier in the day rather than AC was best. I didn't meet the hosts, but it was easy to access the unit on my own. As parking is under the large deck, the car stays shaded and cool. There is a nice clothing rack and hangers to hang up your formal wear if you are a wedding guest! I'm really glad I chose this location to stay at for the wedding and would recommend it.

Came in for Nascar weekend this was our 2nd stay we were so happy the 1st time we decided to stay again and just like the first time we enjoyed the place felt just like home highly recommended.

The condo is delightful. Beautiful views, spacious, well stocked, very clean Katie responded promptly to our questions regarding the internet and TV. We'll rent this lovely place again.

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful. Had a great little balcony that you could sit out at with little tables. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pot, pans, and utensils. Plenty of fresh linens ,super comfortable beds and the decor was beautiful.

The place was great, super clean, comfortable couch and beds. easy to get to all your Lake Norman attractions. 5 star rating all the way!

Eric was awesome and his condo at the track was even better! Will definitely book again!
