Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lincoln County

Edwin provided us a great place to stay during our trip, its our second time staying with him. This unit was great, had a nice layout and 2 bedrooms if needed. the bathroom and kitchen made everything easily accessible and if your there Long enough the washer and dryer are also very helpful. Heat works great and they have wifi so your devices can stay connected. The backyard would've been great to have a small fire and relax and hang out. overall I would recommend Edwin places and will hopefully be back again

McKenna was a very accommodating host, we had to change our dates a number of times and she was very helpful. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped.

Had a wonderful time, and the various levels perfectly suited my family. Had a few great rounds on the pool table, too. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of spending Christmas in Shari's beautiful home. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Beautiful common spaces, eating spaces with views of the lake. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, comfortable beds, incredibly clean.

This place was a fantastic stay. It's hard to find a place to rent that is pet friendly and not torn to bits. Kristen's home was not perfect (neither is my own) but it was exactly what we needed for our Thanksgiving stay with two dogs. My family and I were more than grateful to he able to spend the holiday weekend here.

Million dollar views! We enjoyed our stay beautiful views of the sunset right on the lake. This place was so peaceful. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Scott communicated and checked on us during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

Ok you have to stay here! The house is just lovely with beautiful vaulted ceilings, wood beams, bright sunlight filtering through the giant windows and skylights complete with beautiful views. It is designed to feel peaceful, stylish and comfortable. It literally has ALL the things to do and plenty of privacy. I can’t even list it all the amenities in the space given. To top it off the host Allison was beyond thoughtful! There was a little sign to welcome us and she left a cake to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Made us feel like we were staying in the home of close friends. Seriously just rent this one, you WILL love it!

I loved staying at this location. I think this will be where I will stay everytime I come to Charlotte!!! We loved the balcony and the bedroom decore was beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities around the condo facility were very nice as well. The community near the condo was very cute and safe. We had many walks on the nearby walking path as well. We really enjoyed the walk/short drive to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Davidson. Thanks for a great stay.

The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from the essentials to thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. Jeff, the host, was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions I had about the house. I highly recommend staying here – it’s a fantastic spot!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. I've stayed here several times for work and it is a perfect stay every time. Quiet and relaxing. It is always my first choice.

My bff of 24+yrs and I took a 6 day girls trip (from south Alabama)to escape work, kiddos/spouses, and stayed at Bev’s. She is super friendly, super responsive, her property was amazing. I could have stayed out there all day/night reading and drinking coffee. Will definitely come back. Her spot is exactly as described, perfect for two people if you are looking to get away for peace/quiet. This was our first time ever using a BnB and thankfully it was a wonderful experience. Bev even gave us a large goodie bag with snacks/drinks just way above and beyond to make us comfortable/happy. Wonderful host/property.

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!
