I wanna start off by saying Heather was a great host. The house looked brand new inside, and is very spacious. For the most part the house was very clean. Only issue was dirty wash cloths and could have used more towels for our stay. The bathrooms needed hand towels. If you are a light sleeper, try taking the back bedroom the front bedroom you hear a lot of street noise. Also note if you’re going to book this property, it does have a large amount of steps up to the bedrooms.

Giovanni was an incredible host. Very responsive, friendly, and outgoing. The home was a perfect place for my family and friends to gather from several points of this country. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a lake getaway vacation. In addition, I also recommend if you need a boat to look up boat rental company Lake Norman Stay and Play. Giovanni, Thank you for all your hard work, and helping make my family vacation the highlight of the year!

Million dollar views! We enjoyed our stay beautiful views of the sunset right on the lake. This place was so peaceful. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Scott communicated and checked on us during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

So much room and everyone was able to keep to themselves if they wanted to. As long as you are not ocd, the place was perfect. We did have to clean oven because it had not had any attention and smelled like fish and was really dirty, but it cleaned up well so we could make the wedding cake for the wedding we we were attending. Outside needs some power washing but that didn’t bother us and is probably typical for lake living. Had plenty of cookware, plates and everyday living items. We really didn’t have to bring anything extra for staying. Would absolutely stay and rent again. Great setup for large families or groups. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful home.

Our family gets together every year for a family vacation. We chose this lake house for its location as well as the fact that it had so many things to keep us busy, regardless on how the weather turned out. We loved the kayaks and the fact that multiple were provided. The access to the lake was amazing so we could fish any time. The home is beautifully decorated, so much attention to detail. The home provides board games for your family, floats for the pool, speaker for music poolside, among many other things. We loved roasting marshmallows at the fire pit overlooking the lake. The kids never complained about lack of things to do. We especially loved playing darts. It was such an amazing home that it got all of the kids off of electronics. We had an issue with the water and John was super responsive and fixed it right away. He was so responsive. The home is only minutes away from a large shopping center as well as a boat rental company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We booked when it was newly listed so it was a risk but we could not have been happier. The home was immaculate, so many bells and whistles, places for us to gather and lovely lake views. We expected a group of 12 but ended up with 10 and it was plenty of space. Kids (and adults) loved the movie room and toys. Adults loved the luxurious bathrooms, high tech appliances, and spacious kitchen. The outdoor porch area was perfect for morning coffee, sunset hangouts or watching sports while a storm rolled in. The sandy beach entry was great for our smaller kids and dogs. Adults and kids made good use of the stand-up paddleboards and kayaks. Only light complaint is the cove is pretty shallow so got murky after a couple of big rains. We rented a pontoon for a day which was a fun way to get further out into the water. Overall, a wonderful 5 star stay!

We loved and enjoyed our stayed at the Lake cottage. It felt cozy and comfortable. We loved spending time in the screen porch looking at the birds and wildlife. The water was clear and the weather was nice most of the time. But when it rains it still felt peaceful especially with a cup of coffee in the screen porch. Was the perfect spot for my young children. They loved the park and the pool. It was so nice having toys and and everything we might need without having to travel with it.

The condo is delightful. Beautiful views, spacious, well stocked, very clean Katie responded promptly to our questions regarding the internet and TV. We'll rent this lovely place again.

Such a peaceful place to stay even just for a weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay with their significant other. the only downside while we were there was not all the animals were there or out.

Dawn made everything so welcoming for my stay! The place was located in a convenient but private area. It was very clean and as described. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider it when I’m back in town!

We had the best time! Amazing house and host. The heated pool and fenced in backyard were perfect for enjoying family time. The entire house was very clean and organized with everything we needed. The host was extremely proactive with communications and responsive for the few things we needed. Highly recommended!

Linda was a phenomenal host! She was very helpful and responsive. The house made my girlfriends and I feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the grill and enclosed patio. The house was stocked with everything we needed from coffee to seasoning for the steaks we purchased. The neighbors to the left and right were very nice. All the rooms were spacious and clean. While we didn’t make it to the lake, we definitely plan to come back and that will be our first stop. Thank you so much Linda for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

It was a lovely weekend getaway eith my kids. Lots to do and easy to relax. We are so glad we found this place.

Alex's home was absolutely perfect! It's located in a beautiful neighborhood with adorable homes and sidewalks. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The home is even prettier in person, and sooo spacious. Alex is extremely attentive, and a genuinely amazing host. I recommend this gorgeous home to everyone and we look forward to staying here again!

Great place to stay close to everything would stay there again

We absolutely loved staying here! The place was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. They allowed us to walk around their little farm and also brought us bags of food to feed the animals. Very peaceful and quiet setting with beautiful views!

We had a very nice stay while in town for a wedding. The house is in walking distance to downtown which was great for being able to explore the area, restaurants, etc.. The hosts responded to any questions in a timely manner and were so accommodating in bringing our one pet. There was a slight misunderstanding with the parking as we were under the impression from the listing and previous communication there would be two parking spots available. Unfortunately there was only one spot for our family due to another guest needing the second space, so 2 of our 3 vehicles had to park elsewhere. This was not a major inconvenience as the additional parking was a very short distance (maybe a block) from the house and in a safe place. If I am an ever in the need of housing in the area again I’ll be sure to book this property!

Amazing.. that’s the best way to describe our stay. From opening communications, till final check out, the team handling our stay were just that - amazing! The pictures of the house don’t do it justice. The house is nestled at the end of the road. A beautiful property made even better by the welcoming deer in the yard when we pulled in our first night. This home has it all and was the perfect retreat for our family in between sporting events. The lake was great. Plenty of space for our family. Plenty of food options nearby as well. Would def try and stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay! House was clean and had everything we needed. Location was good (it’s right off a main road and Apple Maps wouldn’t route us properly so be aware of that) but we were able to find it. Could use a few upgrades (dining table & chairs, dishwasher, beds) but was good for what we needed. Would stay here again when in town visiting family.
