Great place to be home base during a difficult family time.

We had a great stay with room to spread out and great views. The home was furnished with everything we needed plus some- we even had a chance to sit around the fire pit for a while one night. Highly recommend!

This lake house was such a great find. It’s absolutely beautiful and so so very peaceful. My family and I will for certain be back here. The host was always friendly and very helpful. The neighbors are excellent and so so kind. The neighborhood here is very peaceful. Thank y’all for sharing your home with us. Lord willing we will be back early fall.

Wonderful backyard for our dogs to play. Comfortable beds. Lots of natural light and well decorated rooms. Train sounds in the night are a lot—need white noise machines in all bedrooms. House was neat and free of clutter but did not have that ‘fresh and clean’ feeling that many other AirBnBs have when I first walk inside. I get the sense a full, thorough cleaning is not happening between every stay.

Me and my guys that stayed loves the location and they even left good food recommendations. If we are ever back in the area will definitely staying there again.

This was the perfect stay! The home was well appointed, and all the “community” amenities kept us busy! We really felt like we were at a resort when laying by the pool overlooking the lake. I highly recommend Magnolia Overlook. There was even a wedding at the beautiful “Main House” and we would have been none the wiser if Dave hadn’t given a heads up, they were very respectful! We will be back.

My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. My son was competing in the NJROTC Orienteering National Championship at nearby Oak Mountain State Park. David's place was close to everything, but somehow felt miles away. David came to greet us after we arrived. He was attentive and responsive to our needs and concerns. There was a line of powerful storms coming across the southern half of the US during our stay, which was causing tornadoes. He called to let us know where storm shelters in the area were if needed. Fortunately for all they were not necessary. The cabin had everything we needed and, as advertised, nothing we didn't. No tv, no internet. It was nice to disconnect from everything for a bit. At one point the neighbor's dog "Lizard" came and sat with me on the porch for a bit. She got some sausages for her trouble. David made the checkout process extremely simple. My wife and I would certainly stay again if ever in the area. Thank you allowing us to stay David, we appreciate it.

Our family felt right at home. We loved the privacy of this beautiful home. We always felt safe. The location is very convenient to the interstate. We could not have asked for a better temporary housing experience. We really fell in love with housing amenities like the family room, kitchen, walk-in shower, beautiful large completely fenced backyard, large windows to look out and feel at peace. We took our daughter and six grandkids for a three day stay at Eriks house. We had a wonderful time. It is very kid friendly with lots of things for them to do. They all swam a few times in the pool (the heater kept it warm enough for them) and fished for hours every day at the pond. The house really accommodates a large group easily with lots of dishes, utensils, a large dining table, and lots of seating. I recommend this place for families who want to have a great time and build wonderful memories.

We really enjoyed staying at the farm. My teenage sons enjoyed fishing on a boat, kayaking , paddle boarding. My husband and I enjoyed feeding goats. Steve, Susan and their children are nice and friendly.

Dusty is very friendly and welcoming! The campsites and amenities were clean and worked great. P2 campsite is very relaxing and quiet.

We were in town for a property closing and brought our bikes to ride the Silver Comet. Everything worked out well…especially Lilia’s property. It was nicely situated for all we needed to do and we felt comfortable and right at home. There were two bedrooms we didn’t need to use, but if you had more guests, there is plenty of space! Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed the deck with a beautiful view over locking the lake.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! My family and I were looking for something different this Thanksgiving, and Mike’s home provided exactly that. It was peaceful, and the clear instructions made everything easy. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home. The only minor issue was that the master bedroom faucets ran cold water in the mornings, so we used the other bathroom instead. It wasn’t a big inconvenience, so we didn’t contact Mike about it. Mike went above and beyond by providing games for our family and all the essentials we needed. The home was quiet, comfortable, and perfectly accommodating. We’ll definitely book with Mike again!

Great host! Great house. Was perfect location to the high school where we were there for a dance competition. Quiet neighborhood. Well maintained and decorated house. Had everything we needed!

Hands down the best Aiirbnb i have ever stayed at. Tom and his wife are so thoughtful in all the extras they have for their guests. The beds are soft, fireplace is a big plus, very nice kitchen and the view is just amazing. The home waa very clean and stocked with so much thoughtful extras.
