Beachfront vacation rentals in Limestone Coast

It was a property that fulfilled all of our needs and expectations. It allowed us to bring our cavoodle who is very much part of our family. With 2 other couples to share my birthday weekend ! The home has that instant beach Hamilton feel , spacious open living ,furnished for complete comfort , views to die for , a huge big beautiful green open lawn that surrounds the home , down onto the beach where we got beautiful sunrises and even better sunsets:)) nature at its best! We even had the pleasure of a storm rolling in on the last night with thunder and lightening . We felt very spoilt from our arrival on the Saturday to when we left on the Tuesday! Your Place is centrally located in the Robe township and a short, leisurely walk to all the shops & cafes in the Main Street. The house was beautifully presented and the host fantastic to deal with. It was perfect for our family holiday, we will book again for sure!

This was our second time staying at Debbie and Leightons place in Robe and yet again this place did not disappoint one bit. The place presents itself impeccably, has everything one could need and is in the best location in Robe and walking distance to everything. The only thing I don’t like about this house is leaving to go home! We already can’t wait to stay here again next February! Thanks again guys for your hospitality!

Great home that is well suited for a couple of an entire large family. loved the location, easy beach access for the 4wd on the beach. can walk to the local shops, loved exploring the area.

Great location, walking distance to the Main Street with great cafes, shops and restaurants. Very comfortable accomodation and enjoyed the stay.

Great location, Great time had with family.

The house was large and really well set up for a family with kids. It would even suit 2 families. Enclosed back yard was great for our dog and the kids loved the games room out back with activities and a HUGE TV! Great selection of games and DVDs and both larger TVs were set up with Netflix, YouTube etc. The front yard was open to the street so perfect for easy parking of our boat and 2 cars. All in all it was perfect for our visit and we will plan to visit again.

The location of this property was absolutely amazing, right on the beach and a path straight from the house to the beach, literally in the backyard. The house had everything we needed an older style property and small but fine for just the two of us. Sitting outside on the table eating dinner beautiful. Lovely listening to the waves at night and the weather was perfect. The township of Robe is amazing, we will definitely be back.

Perfect accomodation and the view of the ocean from our loungeroom and balcony was so peaceful and beautiful and walking distance to all the shops on the main street .

Amazing location right next to the beach. The house was very well equipped and very clean. Communications very good. Some beautiful sunsets and very quiet on the beach, only thing was that the beach was very deep in seaweed, meaning it wasn’t really a hanging out and swimming location for us, but still great for a walk and lovely to see the water from the house. Lots of interesting stuff in the area to see.

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s accomodation. Taking a large boat and bloodhound is always challenging. The boat fit perfectly beside the property. There was a dog kennel for the dog, which he adapted to quickly with a plush new blanket added. We had a few maintenance issues because it was a time when Mark was away, but we were able to work around them, thanks to the abundant amenities. It’s a fantastic position, close to all amenities and within walking distance to the waterfront. The price……Mark is always fair and gives value for money. Thank you, Mark, for providing such great stay opportunities in Portland.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was beautiful, well-maintained, and equipped with lovely amenities that made our visit even more comfortable. Imelda's home is in such a beautiful location- the sea wall at the end of the garden is the only thing separating her home from the beach! ❤️ I loved reading my book from the bench which is perched atop the sea wall. My kids and husband loved the easy access to flick the rods. We also loved the fire pit for cosy evenings! The house was clean and comfortable. It was a short drive to nearby Portland, which has a lovely community feel and everything needed (from supermarkets, restaurants and take away, to medical needs). It is also centrally located to places like Port Fairy and the Bridgewater caves. We will look forward to returning. Thanks, Imelda!

We had a fabulous few days at this outstanding property! This place is ‘next level’ gorgeous and has everything you need for a large group to enjoy time together. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen has plenty of equipment for cooking and dining, the decor is stunning. It has a relaxed beachside vibe but with lovely luxurious touches everywhere. We would recommend The Church on the Hill without hesitation.

Great spot at the end of a little cup-de-sac, with a walking trail heading in both directions along the coast right outside your door. Walkable distance to town if you don’t mind a little walk, or driving and parking in town was easy to. Close access to beaches and anything else you could need. Comfortable home, with plenty of space for a few different families/groups of friends.

The home is spacious , nicely decorated , very clean and well presented, with a relaxing holiday feel , kitchen is of high quality, location is super convenient adjacent main eating and shopping precinct and short walk to seaside, overall we would recommend and would visit again - definitely recommend booking ahead for the pubs.
