Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Limerick

We had a great time at Val's place. The house is very spacious and we loved its somewhat secluded location, felt as if we left the world behind. The kids (aged 10-16) enjoyed the garden and it was great that each had their own bedroom. Val provided board games suitable for their age, which were very welcome. The house could have been a bit cleaner, but having parented four young kids ourselves, we know that's a bit of a challenge at that life stage - and we're certain it does get better as they grow up ;). All in all, well worth five stars.

Amazing home. This is the most luxurious home I have stayed in on Airbnb. There were 5 of us and we all agreed - simply amazing! I could stay there all summer long. Karl (and his parents) were great hosts! I loved the place. Not one negative thing to say! Luxurious!

Family friendly place with all amenities. The house had a full fledged pantry and with all modern amenities. The property is huge with ample space around for kids to play around. We especially loved the location as it was very calm and quiet for a weekend getaway. Sandy was responsive and friendly too. I would recommend this property for a memorable stay.

Cosy warm house with beautiful stove , very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and cosy living room. John was very helpful with any requests.

A real home away from home - well equipped kitchen, comfy sofas - loved the ‘grandpa’ armchairs, superb beds & bedding. House warmed up nicely with the on demand heating. Theresa responded promptly to a minor plumbing issue. Loved the peaceful rural setting, so close to hills for walking & lots of sights within 30-45 mins drive (Rock of Cashel is a must!), nearby restaurant at Aherlow House Hotel & takeaways within 10mins drive (recommend the spice box from Ballylanders chippie).

We stayed at John's and Barbara's place for 4 week. They are both lovely and we had a great time. Here are a few things that made it stand out: - The house was in a perfect location to explore both Co Cork and Co Limerick (~1 hr from both Limerick and Cork) with plenty of nature around and opportunities for day trips. - It was very clean, neat and nicely decorated without being too cluttered. - Beds were very comfortable. - Wi-Fi connectivity was great, given the non-rural location. - The whole family (living in the adjacent house) was more than accommodating and friendly. Testament to that is that we arrived on property to check in at 11.30pm and John was there to greet us. They kept checking in with us as well to make sure we are happy with the accommodation. Overall, happy to recommend this house to anyone looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable AirBnB.

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans cette maison spacieuse et calme. Mais il nous a manqué au début des informations concernant l'eau chaude et le chauffage. Par ailleurs, le lit où nous avons dormi était branlant et les pieds de renfort sont tombés. L'un des autres lits doubles était aussi fragile. D'autres détails nous ont génés : cafetière qui fuit, lave-vaisselle qui lave mal et surtout pas de sèche-cheveux, contrairement à ce qui était annoncé. Nous avons donc dû en acheter un que nous avons laissé (prise différente de la France). Nous avons été étonnés que la propriétaire ne nous ait pas proposé de nous le rembourser... Niveau communication, la propriétaire ne répond qu'à certaines de nos demandes et semble ignorer les autres... est-ce un problème de traduction?

Imagine the perfect host and multiply it with 10: That's Anna! Not only, that she picked us up by car, because it was heavily raining, to show us the appartement by herself. She also answered messages within minutes and provides us with laundry detergent in the blink of an eye. Also she recommended us a great pub in Bunratty to go to in the evening. So sum it up: Just perfect! Thank you very much. We will surely come back!

We stayed here as a group of friends. It was lovely and cozy accommodation in a beautiful, quiet place. There was also a grill to use and nice outdoor seating. Paul and Anne were very helpful and always responded immediately. Amazing week, thanks!

This is my 2nd time staying in Sonia’s beautiful thatched cottage, it was even more beautiful than I remembered. The surroundings were fabulous, lying in the hammock listening to the birds, while watching the horses & cattle in the fields was something you would see in a movie. It was magical. The grounds of the cottage are so well-maintained. The cottage was so warm and so clean with everything we needed. Sitting in front of the stove watching TV was so cosy. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp white sheets. Loads of towels left out to use. Sonia also left Bread, milk, eggs & all other essentials. Sonia is one of the nicest people I have ever met, she is friendly, warm, chatty & very helpful. A genuine person❤️ this place is a must-stay, a little piece of heaven in the countryside. I Can't wait for my 3rd visit. Thank you Sonia for having such an amazing place for the rest of us to enjoy. Eileen

My husband and I had a great experience! Absolutely beautiful surroundings and the hosts were very responsive. One of the most unique Airbnbs we have ever stayed in and it made our trip to Ireland that much more special!

I had the pleasure of meeting a great host and stayed in the loveliest cottage, the cottage is well looked after, the moment u get in u go back in time, perfect for a romantic getaway, definitely going back again.

A very peaceful place beside the water. Inside was tastefully modern yet cosy. It was very clean and tidy. Outside there was ample parking right outside the door. The host, Paul, was very friendly, explaining how everything worked and local recommendations for shops etc. I would happily stay here again and hope to do so soon.
