So delighted to make a return visit to Mary’s Maisie’s Cottage! It was locket to be back with our furry friends! The gardens and peaceful location really make this such a hidden gem! Thank you for having us🩷

We loved Christy’s house. It was exactly as described. The views were stunning & the house was spotlessly clean. We had a minor problem with the hot water on the first morning & Christy got it sorted while we were out during the day which was great. A beautiful house in a wonderful location & a great host we would definitely stay again!

You don’t want to pass up this little gem if you’re looking for serenity with a gorgeous view of Lough Derg and the Irish countryside. The home was spacious and accommodating, with everything we needed. We enjoyed playing some games provided by the host, as well as the fun billiards table. My only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer due to our schedule. Would definitely book again. Thanks.

Noreens place is the best way to see Ireland and experience it fully. There is space to relax and enjoy yourself. The recommendations need to be listened to. She leaves flyers for every thing on the bookshelf incase you need help planning. She will answer any questions and will deal with any problems. Her communication is second it none and she really is the loveliest lady ever. I can't wait to go back. Thank you Noreen

It would be great in the house. Very cozy and with everything you need for a stay. Everything was perfect and with everything you need to be comfortable. Very good location for the city center. The host is always attentive to your needs.

What a great stay at a beautifully well appointed home. Plenty of space and lots nice touches to make you feel welcome. Siobhan was awesome and so friendly. Her communication was quick and timely. Highly recommend this place to stay.

We were bloe away by this beautiful home and how welcoming Siobhain was. She was always responsive, helpful when we had questions or needed anything. She stocked the kitchen with essentials and the house was super clean. No issues whatsoever and the property was so beautiful and fun to stay at! party of 7 adults and 2 kids for 3 nights

What can I say, it is a wonderful property, the views are spectacular. Very comfortable bed. Mary was so warm and welcoming, made us feel right at home. We enjoyed sitting looking out at the wonderful view, seeing the lights across Lough Corrib, I’m sure that image will stay with us for a very long time. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Amazing stay!! My boyfriend & I got engaged in the backyard! Absolutely beautiful place, and David & Irene were great hosts, who were so kind and inviting! We got a whole tour of the property and all of its history. Hopefully be back some day!

John was communicative and helpful from the get go. His place was easy to find and access. As others have said it is in the heart of the town, making it close to everything, but also a bit loud on a weekend - a white noise machine took care of all that though. Great spot and very convenient!

John's little cottage was beautiful. The views from the cottage stunning. To be able to hear and see the ocean was so tranquil. John was extremely friendly and came to my rescue as I got a flat tyre . My dog Duke loved the beach he explored it for hours . If you want peace and quiet with the most beautiful views John's cottage is a must . I definitely will be going back again . Tbh I didn't want to leave there.

we couldn't recommend this fabulous accommodation enough. It is set in beautiful surroundings with spectacular views. The property is everything you need and more. The rooms are all excellent and we had a choice of relaxing spaces to chillout in. Fantastic location with great space both inside and out. We met John who was lovely to chat to and pointed us in the right direction for activities to do etc. We will definitely be returning 😊

Our stay was fantastic. The house was wonderful, nicely designed with lots of space. The beds were comfortable & the bedrooms had ample space. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies & the kitchen table was big enough for a large crowd Deidre was so very helpful & kind. She helped us with securing transportation to Galway one day. She gave us tons of suggestions for activities & restaurants. The house was perfect.

Carola was great in all the communication. The house was perfect for our family with 5 children of different ages. Toys and books and enough spaces for each to chill. Lovely outside space and inside all available that you may need. Would certainly come back

This is a love song to Atherlow Castle. Our family of 6(all adults) stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave. We truly felt at home. There’s plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy in the castle but there was still such a comfortable feeling. The grounds are lovely, with the nicest looking herd of cows I’ve ever seen peacefully grazing on impossibly green grass. Freda and Declan were quintessential hosts! Friendly and unobtrusive with adorable bouncy dogs. The area, as described by a local tea shop owner we struck up a conversation with, is real Ireland not tourist Ireland. All of the major sites are within driving distance but the local area has hidden gems. We have stayed in wonderful Airbnbs all over the world but Atherlow Castle won my heart.

Located in a private forest, Finola's estate is a living history. It's my first time staying in such an old building. A quiet country road takes us into the woods, then the fountain welcomed us, just like entering an elegant Victorian film. The house is equipped with all modern facilities and even a bathtub. The first day, the wifi was not functioning, but Finola helped promptly. Minor flaws: the cups were not cleanly washed, and providing toiletries would make it even more perfect.

We had the absolute best time! The home and location was even more amazing than the photos depicted. We really enjoyed our stay and even extended it by a night!

What a beautiful place to stay in. The house is stunning and really has the wow factor when you walked in. Susan was super helpful and friendly throughout the full booking process and whilst we were in Ireland. We would 100% stay there again and hope to make it a regular holiday spot for our family. Highly recommend goosers pub on the other side of the river.

We had a great family weekend with my extended family! The kids loved the games room and the big garden and the adults enjoyed the games too! a gorgeous big home, very comfortable and clean 😊 Brenda was very helpful, always responding with any queries 😊
