I had a road problem leaving the state where I live and I couldn't reach my destination, but I couldn't help but evaluate Fabio for communication and empathy when I had a problem. By warning you about the incident, you quickly answered me by directing me on the reservation. Although I have not been able to arrive this time, I already know the apartment and really serve our family safely and comfortably. Thanks Fábio, I'm sure in a new moment I'll make a new reservation!

Felipe was very polite, helpful and friendly. Easy communication. The house is well located, in a secure condominium. The floor space is amazing, very well equipped, dishwasher, fridge, beer, air conditioning.. The top space is simpler, it needs some adjustments but no big problems. We combined the cleaning of the pool and everything went as planned, it would come back other times!

It was wonderful our stay! Very beautiful place, very well maintained, common and leisure space great to be with family and friends! It fits very well in the rooms!! Everything is very similar to the photos! In addition, we had great communication with Guilherme and were very well received by Tina! I highly recommend it without a doubt!

It was a very good stay, super nice place. Everything very organized and smelling. I felt right at home, for sure when I return to the city I will stay again. Jhenifer answered me very quickly and this made it much easier because the trip was last minute.

We had already stayed in the farm, as always the stay was very quiet and delicious, we had a lot of fun and the Whisky loved the pool. The mercadinho is a happiness, especially at night when we want something delicious at the last minute. The only point of improvement is with the cleaning of the showers that are well clogged due to the chlorine of the water and because of this little water comes out.

We spent a very pleasant weekend in the Sônia farm. Air-conditioned pool, clean house, very green (soccer field and a very tasty green area for children). The clean rooms and very nice mattresses. Near the house there is a bakery, butchery and market. Thanks and we will come back again for sure!

Location exactly as shown in the photos, extremely attentive host, Mr. Paulo and Mrs. Fátima were very attentive, they gave us all the indications we requested! Very clean, organized and complete environment!! We loved staying there, we will definitely be back ! Thank you so much !

I went to Americana with my family, with the intention of going to my sister's graduation at ExpoAmérica. The house has accommodated us very well. There were 5 of us and the space was more than enough. The house is simple, but the simplicity is well done and pleases everyone. The price was super, agreed. For those who need a place to stay, like me, for events at ExpoAmérica, here's the recommendation. The location is quiet and has shops nearby, and is only 9 minutes from Expo.

I was in the city at work and José's space was extremely helpful and served me well.
