You can book without fear! Perfect space. Robson, from the first contact, was super solicitous and helped me with my needs. Great space, very clean, welcoming, with good bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The pool/ping pong table, the pool with waterfall and the external freezer were a differential. Great experience. I intend, when possible, to book again.

great facilities, quick response when requested, and prompt service in the unforeseen events. All very beautiful and well taken care of. A water tank with greater storage capacity would be useful as it occasionally lacks water in the city. The rest exceeded expectations.

I had a great experience during my stay. The place was very clean and organized, exactly as in the pictures. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for resting. Host was super attentive and quickly responded to my messages, making sure everything was perfect. The amenities offered made the stay all the more comfortable!

The house is very large and beautiful, the owner responded to me quickly every time I needed to, the only negative point is that the pool gets dirty very easily because of the surrounding trees, a lot of leaves and dirt fall, but this does not affect the water quality.

A delight of place , everything clean we enjoy the pool a lot.

Super comfy and cozy refuge! Gisele was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I loved the fact of being pet friendly — my dog felt at home. The outdoor area is delicious, very private and perfect for relaxing. I will definitely return!

Excellent stay, I stayed more days than expected, quiet neighborhood, very large house, clean and organized, very complete, I only missed a SHOWER STALL in the bathroom and an Air Fryer in the kitchen, but otherwise everything is excellent.

Local exactly as in photos. All very complete, great location. We were very well served by Gisele who left us very much at will and attended us very promptly whenever we needed it! I can say that our stay was perfect. we will return more often.

The house is exactly as in the description, a quiet and easy place to get around as it is very close to the anhanguera highway. I had a technical problem, but it was quickly resolved with a great service.

the barbecue space and pool are excellent... of rooms 1 is large, the other 2 very small, we were in 6 adults and 3 children...if there were 15 adults, I don't know where I would put all the cochoes... it has 5 bathrooms, 3 with shower, but on the floor of the bedrooms only 1 bathroom... 1 downstairs and the others out there, if it was raining it would be bad, ... the outside shower was burned. a snail staircase difficult to climb with suitcases...dangerous for children and the elderly. and the cleaning of the house needed to be better....it has a lot of spider web, with large spiders at the entrance to the house...cockroaches in the drawers and cupboards... we needed to wash everything before using...the containers are hot, needed air-conditioning in all the bedrooms...the kitchen needs some items like coffee strainer support, plus cups, good knives, sleepers, blender and micro waves... márcia and Robson, owners of the house are attentive and solved problems like gas and water that ended up promptly

The stay was quiet, the place is as it was described. The surroundings have trades that met our needs. The negative point was that we ran out of water on the second and third day of stay but because of problems in the city due to the fires. Even having a reservation was not enough. But everything else was ok.

Everything is very organized, just like in the pictures. We were well instructed about times, location and accommodation!

Estadia met my needs very well. I needed a space with 25 places to sleep and the space offers many mattresses! Very good for large groups of friends. There was a house and another enclosed space, which caused the guests to stay away from the leisure area, allowing for more rest. The leisure space is fantastic, very good and beautiful. The house is very old and simple, but it served us very well. If they are on very hot days, I suggest taking a fan because the ones in the house do not work. Just pay attention to the small amount of pots and dishes, in my case I had to take a lot, but this was aligned previously with the hostess and was not an issue. Very helpful host and always willing to answer questions.

Individual check-in, super discreet and comfortable space. Close to shopping, bakery and markets. The site meets all the basic needs and the owner responds very quickly and is extremely proactive! We love the stay and intend to return in the future ^^
