The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

You will stay on the 2nd floor of a landmarked 370-year-old residential building, which was completely renovated and brought up to the latest technical standards. The house is located in the middle of the historic old town of Limburg at the foot of the famous Limburg Cathedral. The location is quiet, Shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. are can be reached in the shortest possible time. The Lahn with its relaxing walking and water sports facilities is close. If necessary, a stairlift leads to the 1st floor.

Very nice bright 2-room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. You will stay on 50 square meters in the attic directly on the Lahn hiking trail. You overlook the city of Diez. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach the shopping center, bakery, butcher, etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. Limburg is 10 - 15 minutes away. We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Limburg. Die Innenstadt mit vielen Einkaufs- und gastronomischen Möglichkeiten ist fußläufig in knapp 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss in der Gartenstrasse 19 wurde in 2022 komplett renoviert und steht seit Anfang 2023 als Ferienunterkunft zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist in direkter Innenstadtnähe. Wir wohnen Haus im 1. und 2. Stock. Wir schätzen die hohe Lebensqualität in Limburg an der Lahn.
