The location is quiet, Shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. are can be reached in the shortest possible time. The Lahn with its relaxing walking and water sports facilities is close. If necessary, a stairlift leads to the 1st floor.

Very good connection to the A3, B49 and the ICE station Limburg Süd. Storage for bicycles/e-bikes (including charging facility).

Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. They live on 50sqm in the attic directly on the Lahnwanderweg. You look over the city of Diez. You sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. Limburg is 10 - 15 minutes away. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.

We found our way around very well and also felt very comfortable. The apartment is beautiful and very centrally located (still relatively quiet; we were in Limburg for sightseeing and also because of the Christmas market). The place had everything a guest could need. It was just wonderful! We can highly recommend the apartment and would very much like to come back ourselves. Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely stay. Everything was neat and clean upon arrival, and the cottage itself was surprisingly spacious. You notice that it has been cleaned and decorated with care and attention. The area is also beautiful – wonderfully quiet and green, with a view that you can really relax. We would definitely recommend this stay to others and would love to come back!
