Beautiful, tastefully decorated accommodation within walking distance of downtown. Quiet location, but still close to everything. Everything was sparkling clean, the bed was lovely, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Absolutely recommended - we'd love to come back!

Ideal base for exploring the Genk region. Upon arrival, there is already a lot of information available on the table and Ann is also willing to answer all your questions. It is also very child-friendly, children can play outside while we as parents have perfect view of the garden in which they are playing. Price-quality this is a big 10/10 !! The kids just kept asking when we went back to the 'cottage' on the way back. This says it all!

We slept 3 nights in the idyllic "Au petit Bonheur", where we lacked nothing. Jeannine is a super sweet hostess with whom we felt right at home. The B&B is comfortably and cozily furnished and unmistakably breathes the cheerful personality of Jeannine, who took extensive time to welcome us and show us around. Every morning an extensive and carefully curated breakfast, including homemade jams and oat bread. From the living room and the adjacent terrace you can enjoy the beautiful, rolling Limburg hill country. In good weather, you can also use breakfast outside on the terrace or in the spacious garden. The car was parked covered. What a lovely and luxurious vacation spot !! Thank you for everything Jeannine, we'd love to come back ...

Very spacious and well-kept apartment. Bed linen and towels provided, very large bathroom, bedrooms with super comfortable beds. Everything is great. Quiet location yet close to the city center. We go back to Tongeren in May and take the same apartment. Recommend!

Beautiful and spacious apartment close to NP Hoge Kempen and Maastricht. Ideal for weekend cycling/hiking in nature or for city trip Maastricht. Very well maintained, smooth communication with owner. Garage to store bicycles is a plus.

The place was just as pictured, we felt right at home :) The surroundings are great, the people in Lanaye are super friendly. Taking the bus to Maastricht is no problem at all, you just have to pay attention to when the bus comes, because it only comes every 80 min :( But you can also ride a bike to the city in 30 min. All in all, it was a great weekend and we would definitely come back :)

Cozy 2-room plus bathroom and small kitchen in converted former hen house: stylishly furnished with love, super clean, everything you need is there. Good location between Maastricht and Liège, car necessary (free parking available), ideal with dog (fenced mini-terrace, treat as a welcome, nice walks through nature/fields directly from the accommodation). Very friendly and helpful landlords next door. Good value for money compared to other properties in the area.

Superb stay, another top experience! Stayed with this great host for the second time, this time in another flat. Just like last time everything was perfectly fine. The flat was spacious, sparkling clean and really felt like coming home. Everything was neat and comfortably furnished, with all the necessities such as soap, sponges and other essentials already present. I was here with my little dog, and the garden – which was accessible through the sliding window and back door – was neatly maintained and clean. It was wonderful to soak up the sun together. In short, an ideal place with attention to detail and comfort. Will definitely be back here!

I 100% recommend choosing this place for your stay at Bilzen. Aside from the greatly convenient location that is located near a train station and free parking is usually available, the place itself was beautifully taken care of, visibly recently renovated, and perfectly clean. A lot of amenities and devices are provided for the guests. The host was very responsive and helpful at all times. We would definitely choose this again!

We had a great stay! The holiday home is nicely furnished and there is everything available, e.g. games, outdoor toys such as badminton rackets, table tennis gels, a drying rack for the towels... We loved the terrace to sit. We loved the tranquility on the premises. It was very warm with us, but due to the shade of the many trees it was pleasant to stay there. We thought the outdoor pool was fantastic. Very well maintained and pleasant under the trees. There is a lot to visit near the domain, so for us the location was ideal. Communication with the hosts went very smoothly.
