We loved Per's place! It has a beautiful garden and is located in a small, friendly village. The surroundings are stunning with the sea sea nearby, the nearest just 9 minutes away. Then the place itself is complete and comfortable. it has all it needs and the house has this warm, unique atmosphere. We were very happy and satisfied with our stay in Kalavasos, highly recommended.

The villa was gorgeous! Even more spacious than it looks in the photos show. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 small children and it was more than enough space with a main bathroom and large en suite, plus a huge living area. We loved the outdoor seating spaces and playing in the pool. Alexis was the perfect host, always quick to reply and answer any queries. We couldn’t find a plug for the bath which we needed for the kids so Alexis arranged to have one delivered the next day! We enjoyed the twin arches restaurant, the Buccaneer pub and visiting Kourion beach.

The most perfect location in beautiful Pissouri Bay. Walk to the beach and restaurants in minutes. My second stay at Villa Helena and we will come back again!

We spent the weekend at the house of Chloe and Aristos. Very nice house, modernly furnished, has everything you need and more. The kitchen is well equipped. There is heating system and hot water. The house was very clean. Great location, close to bakery and supermarket, beautiful nature and old bridges nearby. You can feel the great contribution of the owners, it is very pleasant and relaxing to be there. It was very nice to receive complimentary gifts. The hosts are very attentive and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely come back again.

We spent a week at the villa (1 couple + 5 children). The pool and the garden are amazing. We loved the view and the silence. There is in the house all what a family needs (includes a good wifi ,a clothes washer and a ping pong table) and Lambros was very reactive to our requests. I really recommend this place for people who look for silence. Thank you again Lambros!

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

We stayed for five days at this lovely house. It is an excellent big house with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the garden. Above all its location provides an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. It is peaceful and quiet. The host Konstantinos was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions and information. Overall a superb experience.

I really enjoyed staying at Andrea’s place, the house is very big, green nice territory, lovely hosts. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful house. Host was very responsive. We had a very enjoyable time and would recommend this house highly.

Great accommodation for our group of eight people. Spacious with both private areas and good spaces for common time. Nice and service-minded host who always responded quickly. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Extra plus for pool and nice patio. Possibly a small minus because many of the lights, the kitchen equipment and more required an adapter to be used and there were no adapters in the house - we needed to buy very many to both use the equipment + own need for charging and more. But it was really a minor issue - as a whole an affordable great place to stay in nice surroundings.

The villa is charming. Traditional design with stone walls, exposed beam ceilings, all opening into a wonderful walled courtyard. And yet, it has all of the modern amenities needed. The hosts had local bread, cheeses, and a wonderful bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. The kitchen is well appointed, easy to prepare meals which we usually ate outside in the courtyard. The village is quiet and a good starting point for visiting the mountains and nearby villages. Lastly, the hosts were uber responsive and provided a professional, beautiful guide to the villa and surrounding areas. We loved our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Andreas’ villa. The location is quite nice, residential and quiet. The beach is quite close-by but easier to reach by car than on foot. The check in was quite straightforward and communication was very timely. Philippos was always very responsive and any issues were quickly addressed. The pool is great and gets cleaned regularly. The only area of improvement we can highlight is the condition of the bathrooms, especially the ensuite - ideally it gets renovated as there is some significant wear and tear. That being said, we had a great time and will definitely consider going back!

Thank you Andreas for your attitude, hospitality, willingness, generosity, care, energy and time you gave us, although renting your beautiful property is primarily fun for you and not a business that would make you fed.. you gave us so much attention that it touched us. you completely charmed us with your heart, humanity and character.. thank you. The world is such a beautiful place to live in because of people like you. At Andreas's accommodation there was a technical problem with the pool and we were offered free accommodation, hotel accommodation and free accommodation for the next visit when everything is working. Andreas paid us a five star hotel on the beach for all of us (3 fathers and 5 children). Andreas invested much more than we would have paid him, he invited us all to dinner, personally drove us with his wife to the hotel and to airport. Nice place fully related to the description, with good view, warm bedrooms and good place to cook and spend time with friends on bbq area or near the pool.

The word that comes to mind is ‘Sanctuary’. I have been to Pissouri Bay many times over the years as I grew up on the British Military base at Akrotiri. This has got to be the best experience I’ve had staying at a property in Pissouri Bay. The property was clean and well equipped and the gentle wash of the ocean could be heard as we sat and had drinks on the terrace in the evening as it was so peaceful. We are definitely coming back. Thank you Andy!

A beautiful villa, equipped with all the equipment (and kitchens amenities) that guests need on vacation, in a beautiful location facing the view and cliffs of Pissouri. Ladi recommendations and directions were spot on.
