Vacation rentals with beach access in Limassol

I stayed at Ellen's place for five nights. Costas, Ellen's dad, was very friendly and helped me settle-in with clear instructions. The place has a beautiful view of the ocean from both the bedroom and the living room and is very close to supermarkets, some eateries, the beach and the busstop.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Quiet sea access where we were mostly alone, well-equipped kitchen (also with things like peeler and sharp knife, which are otherwise very rarely available), fly screen in front of 2 sliding doors so that you could sleep with the window open, everything super clean and Efi answered every question very quickly and kindly

This apartment had everything we needed for a great vacation. It’s well-equipped, perfectly located, and the hosts are very responsive and helpful.

This apartment has everything you need for a medium-length stay: washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc. My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks, and it was the best option for us: quiet place, close to a walkable area (near the beach), close to the bus stop to the city center (bus #30), a good grocery shop nearby, and a coffee place. We did miss some things like a dishwasher or a soft night lamp near the bed, but those aren’t essential. Overall, it's a good apartments to stay.

We had a wonderful stay, the Airbnb had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious with a nice layout, the location was perfect and close to small grocery shops and the beach area. It was a lovely gesture by the host to provide with water bottles and a small basket with snacks. We had a baby with us and Nayana was very helpful and provided a baby cot. Overall we had a lovely and enjoyable stay.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. Our family of four with two daughters (nine and seven) had a lovely stay in Charoula's house just outside Zygi. The house was exactly as described and we loved the pool and garden area. Despite being in a group of houses, it felt very secluded by the pool. There was a great balance of sun and shade in the garden, which was important as we had a few hot days in our week. The house was well-equipped: we barbecued a lot - and there was everything we needed for that - and the children appreciated the inflatables for the pool! The location for us was great. We could walk to a beach bar on the way to Zygi, or take a very short drive into Zygi itself, which had lovely tavernas, a small supermarket, and a beach. We were also planning trips to visit family in Nicosia, which was a very easy drive (around 45 minutes, but quick to get to the A1). We also visited a local beach bar called Akakia, which we particularly enjoyed. Charoula was a helpful and very responsive host. Thank you!

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location, amazing hosts Tellef and Anna! We stayed this house for three months, from the middle of a winter, two adults and a two year old kid. House is cozy and fully equipped, it has everything you can think of. The location is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and to the central park in 25 minutes. The old port is a 10-minute taxi ride away. Any deliveries are available, from groceries to something like H&M. Couple of good supermarkets are within walk distance also. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you can easily play any games right on the road with your child. Tellef and Anna are super hosts, they are always ready to help or just give an advice about Limassol. I highly recommend this house and it's wonderful hosts for anyone visiting Limassol, both for couple of days and for long-term stay. Sincerely, Andy, Nata and Boris.

This is absolutely recommended for anyone looking for a quiet stay close to the beach. This place offers all the peace and quiet that a busy city can offer. All that while it is only 500 meters walk, and you are in the Mediterranean Sea!! There are 2 large supermarkets within 1 to 2 kilometers walk, and there are plenty of cozy pubs to get through many evenings. We recommend it to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful stay! We'll be back!

The perfect Airbnb experience. A comfortable, clean and homely house in a quiet neighbourhood. The house was well stocked with clean linen and all the kitchen utensils you could wish for. The welcoming basket was a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. It was great having a private parking space for our car at the property. The town centre is just over ten minute walk, and there’s a shop and cafe just around the corner from the house. Highly recommended for a stay in Limassol.

What an amazing place to stay! The day usually starts with a brilliant sunrise as you rarely go through them. Overlooking the fields and the olive grove. A place where you relax and where you are connected to nature. The host's warmth and involvement was also special. ❤️Great location - everything is walking distance,which was important for us, Sea is literally 1min away, apartments have their own privacy and fully equiped.We rented this 2floor duplex for 4people ( couples) holidays and had a blast as it had exactly what we needed for nightlifestyle - near by cool clubs/fancy dinning as well as comfy eateries.Could enjoy the terrass with our own music and drinks till early morning - no neighbours is a plus.The host was really nice and showed us around gem places to visit. This place is really unique🔥🔥🔥

I really liked the wooden floors which are rare in Cyprus for some reason. There's an alphamega conveniently close but it's a bit to walk to the sea. Overall a great place.
