Theocharis is a wonderful host and was very communicative. The house is located 2 minutes from the beach, close to different types of restaurants, and in General Tolo is about 15-20 minutes drive from Nafplio. In addition the house is very big, and would easily fit to large families. The only thing that was a bit challenging is the mosquitoes during our stay. I would emphasize that almost every window has a mosquito net installed, which made it much better to handle this case. Highly recommended!

Great nature, nice apartment, the garden is perfect for relaxing. You'll enjoy the beautiful scents of nature. Very good communication with the host. We enjoyed delicious olive oil produced by the host. And you must visit the beach near Ancient Asini and the restorant above the beach, some 8km from this place. Without that, your experience would not be complete.

We stayed two days in the accommodation of Vangelis and Maria. It was like in the photos. It was like in the photos. We stayed in the house in front of the pond. It was beautiful. We were also lucky and although the pool was shared we enjoyed it most of the time as private. For Vangelis and Maria I have no words about how good hosts they were and how they responded to whatever we wanted!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The host was generous and attentive to our needs. Impeccable, quiet and large accommodation with magnificent views of the area. It is a perfect place to visit the surrounding area. We would highly recommend. Thank you for all the touches and treats left for our comfort.

We had a lovely stay at this simple place. The proximity to the beach and pool allowed us to cool off at any time. Provide a short journey to the different sites to visit: Nafplio, Mycenes, Corinth... The accommodation is a little out of the way.

Andreas was not only so kind and thorough with his directions, instructions and recommendations, he was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to help. The accommodations were so perfectly located we walked everywhere. Gorgeous streets of old town, right near the water and we ate delicious meals every time we sat and ate nearby. The market was only a 8-10min walk. The amenities available made everything so easy and convenient. I gave the highest possible ratings for Andreas and his property and location. In high seasons you may encounter street noise and foot traffic but we weren’t bothered. Would highly recommend. 10/10

The house was very spacious and comfort. The bedrooms were very nice and comfy. Very good AC, spacious parking, close the beach and restaurant. Katerina had left a welcome surprise for us, a breakfast basket with croissants, jams, butter and coffee. I recommend staying!

We had a great time here and the home was perfect. Great location and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There were many excellent restaurants right nearby and the bed was very comfy! We really enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay close to Nafplio, walking distance to supermarkets and coffee shops. Felt very safe and Fenia had the place well stocked with books, snacks and games for visitors!

The apartment is very nice. It's very clean, everything works and the beds are great. The AC in the living room cools the apartment and the fans in the bedrooms do the rest so you sleep comfortably even when it's hot. The balcony with a view of the castle on the hill is great, especially in the evening when the castle is illuminated. The location is also great, you are a few minutes walk away from the next bars and restaurants and can easily walk to the harbour area. There is usually also a spot free to park your car near the apartment. The host is very nice and professional and responded quickly to any question. Overall a great apartment.

Apartment was very nice as described. We were given very good tips for excursions, restaurants and general information. Landlord is very accommodating, we felt very well looked after.

We had a wonderful stay in this cute apartment. Giorgos is very quick to respond to messages. He welcomed us in person and gave us some local information. He is living in the same building so if you need help with anything he is on hand. The garden balcony is peaceful, the bed is comfy and you are about 10 minutes walk from the narrow streets of the old town. Also easy parking on the street outside. The area is a quiet residential area with an excellent bakery and a mini market ( with amazing quality fruit and veg) just a few minutes walk away. We cooked dinner in the apartment kitchen which although small, works really well. Highly recommended! Thank you Giorgos

Fantastic apartment, ideally located and close to all conveniences—parking, restaurants, attractions, and shops. The flat is very clean, lovely, and extremely well equipped. We were greeted with lots of thoughtful little touches on arrival. We had a wonderful family stay with our two children. George is very responsive and attentive. We highly recommend this place. We hope to return one day!

Always my favorite place to stay in the area. Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable, spacious. It was our first time coming here for Christmas and it was so festively decorated. The radiators kept the whole flat nice and toasty. Thank you!!

The accommodation is exactly as in the photos. The hostess greeted us and showed us around. In the room itself there were many extras such as bread, cookies, chocolate, water, spread. There are some good restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, perfect for two persons. Suitable even for longer stays. Very nice terrace and view. Perfect location just outside old town, by the city park and the local market. Most helpful and kind host ever.

I had a great experience staying at Takis and Dionysia's place. Check in was easy and uncomplicated, Takis met me when I arrived and helped get me oriented, very friendly. If you have a car, there's always parking along the wall at the graveyard on the adjacent street. There's a Lidl right down the road too, only a two minute walk which was very nice. if you don't mind walking, you can get into town in 20 minutes or so on foot (you can also drive into town quickly but parking could be tricky). There are quite a few nice restaurants nearby too, so no need to talk into town to eat. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

What can I say about Magda and Kimon that I haven’t already said. They welcome you into their home and treat you like family. The apartment is amazing, nestled on the mountain, with a breathtaking view of Tolo beach. We are so grateful to have found this Airbnb and to have met truly special people who will be our friends for life. Thank you Magda and Kimon for making our stay in Tolo so memorable!

Nancy welcomed us herself, and provided thorough communication throughout our stay, which was very appreciated. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, and about a 10 - 15 walk to old town.

Lovely accommodation that perfectly matches the description. Breakfast available. The place is quiet with private parking for a small car. Instructions for getting to the accommodation are very clear. I recommend this place with great value for money.

We were satisfied with the accommodation, we stayed here for 10 days. There is a half privàt beach in front of the listing, which is very nice and calm, and there are shaded areas from noon. There are lots of good beaches nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful. Parking was possible in a closed courtyard, which is also an advantage. We were with a baby, we also got a crib, a high chair, and a tub. And the proximity to the beach made it very easy. The property and its garden are clean and well-kept. It also has a cozy little garden. We'd love to come back and recommend it to others:)
