The house is child friendly and accommodates larger parties where everyone gets space and full standard. Own airflow system in the attic. Underfloor heating in all rooms. Patio, access to farm. The house has three bedrooms: bedroom ground floor, bedroom loft and private loft from the living room. All beds have bed standard; suspension with a mattress topper of which two memory foam. The rustic "härbre" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with a feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

Centrally located villa in Öjebyn, near Piteå

This house is located very close to most things you need such as restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, bathhouse and some small shops. By bus, car or bicycle you can get to the center of Piteå very easy. Only a stone's throw away there is the historically part of the church and the old church town. Within 350 meters there is a restaurant called Paltzerian were you can find the famous Palt which is a local delicacy. The house itself is newly renovated inside and pictures will be updated shortly.

Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old farm village with fine landscapes, with the cities of 25-35km away! Walking distance to the village's 24Food shop, Sunday skiing and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with planted fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is located in a calm and quiet area with the forest and the snowmobile trail outside the door. Please respect that you do not rent our part of the garden.
