Exterior seating on all sides. Road all the way up and possibility for charging electric car on the plug. Jacuzzi that keeps 40 degrees all year round. Beautiful Sauna. Boat from Easter, 2 Kayaks and a paddle board.

Pleasant rural house, 15 min from the zoo, cat

Here you live in a small vegetable production garden at the edge of the forest, close to swimming areas in the river, lake and forest lake. 15 min from Kristiansand Zoo and shopping center, 20 minutes from Kristiansand city center. 5 minutes to a local store with fresh bread every day - also on Sunday! Relax here with the whole family, and the cat Jens will take care of you. Jens and I take care of the garden and greenhouse on a daily basis. I live in the workshop on the property and you are welcome to come up to the attic to see what I make!

The house is newly renovated and contains mostly to have an excellent holiday on Justøya. The property is 6 acres and is for free use. Large lawn that can be used for several activities. From the property it is a few minutes walk to a great beach and shiny polished rocks. Justøy Bible camping with its own shop and different activities is in the immediate vicinity. Distance to Lillesand city center approx. 10 min. Kristiansand Dyrepark about 12 minutes. Kristiansand city center about 20 min.

Øien 20 fot med 70 Yamaha Masse aktiviteter - fotballbane, volleyballnett, badminton, husker for store og små, slakk line, trampoline, kubbespill. 5 kajakker, 2 supbrett, 2 vannmadrasser og fiskeutstyr for fiske med brygga eller på sjøen. Fisketur med teiner, garn eller stang etter avtale. Badstue tilgjengelig for leietakere

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Idyll in Sørlandet by Tovdalselva near the Zoo

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Charming "boathouse" with private pier

Boathouse in the beautiful archipelago of Blindleia in Lillesand. It's a small wooden house with outside patio and its own pier and diving board. Enjoy the sun, take a swim or try to catch some fish for dinner. You can fish from the pier and quite easily get fish like cod, mackerel and pollack. The sea trout is a bit more troublesome but it's possible even that.
