Vacation rentals with lake access in L'Île-d'Orléans Regional County Municipality

Chantal was a great host and was always there to answer any questions, though we did not have many as everything was very was described. the house was perfect for the 3 couples. plenty of room, great stocked kitchen amenities, very clean and felt very at home. the outdoor seating on the deck was lovely for morning breakfast and great firepit for evening fires. the property is so relaxing and fun they have motion lights at night to help guide your way down the road for nice evening stroll and the beach area and use of water equipment was perfect given we had a nice warm day to enjoy and even jumped in the pond after paddleboading and kayaking around the pond! played a fun game of Boce and nice walking trail around whole property! we cannot wait to come back and would love to experience it in the winter too. thank you again for a great stay!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour chez Josée. L'hôte est toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions et les indications sont claires, c'est très apprécié. D'autre part, la maison est super coquette et vraiment bien aménagée, tout y est. Il suffit de traverser la route 132 en face pour être au bord du fleuve. Bref, merci beaucoup Josée pour la belle fin de semaine!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui répondait à nos attentes, tranquillité et air pur. Chalet très propre, literie impeccable et accessoires de cuisine en quantité suffisante Épiceries et autres commodités à quelques minutes en voiture. Le seul bémol est que l’eau n’est pas potable à la consommation ni à la cuisson et dégage une odeur légèrement désagréable. Par contre, l’hôte fournit 18 litres d’eau en cruche ce qui nous a suffit pour 3 jours. Ce petit désagrément ne nous empêchera sûrement pas d’y retourner car c’est un lieu vraiment très agréable.

Belle flexibilité de la part du propriétaire. Très facile de communiquer avec lui.

We had a wonderful stay! Marie-Line and Anthony were very pleasant and responsive hosts. The home was lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The property itself is beautiful and sits right on a picturesque river. It was also an easy and scenic drive into Quebec City. Highly recommend!

Excellent chalet, pas très grand mais très fonctionnel, tout équipé et très confortable. Tout était en excellent état et prêt pour notre arrivée. Le poêle à bois réchauffe très bien et le spa est facile d'accès en hiver. Tout ce qu'il faut et encore plus dans la cuisine. Nous n'avions pas remarqué, mais il y a aussi un projecteur avec écran dans le salon. Très tranquille au alentours. Nous avons passé un très beau weekend!

Mon séjour chez Étienne a été en tous points ce que j’avais espéré. Le chalet est chaleureux, bien décoré et très propre. La vue sur le fleuve est à la fois spectaculaire et très apaisante. C’est une très belle destination où j’espère séjourner de nouveau. Merci Étienne!

Le logement et sa vue sont magnifiques. Plusieurs petits détails qui rendent le séjour très confortable, comme une cuisine bien équipée, quelques jeux de société, une laveuse/sécheuse, etc. Seul défaut : le bruit mentionné dans l'annonce était plus fort et dérangeant que je m'y attendais, mais pour une nuit sur trois seulement. Il y a sûrement des gens au sommeil profond que ça ne dérangera pas trop. Pour ma part, je reviendrai, mais en dormant la grande chambre! :)

J’ai passé un excellent séjour ! Le logement était propre, bien situé et conforme à la description. L’hôte était très accueillant et réactif à toutes mes questions. L’endroit était calme, confortable, et parfait pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir si je repasse dans la région. This is a lovely apartment with one of the most stunning views of the St. Lawrence I've ever seen. Everything was clean and the space is nicely decorated and well appointed. Very comfortable beds as well. It was a lovely rest after a long day of driving. The dogs loved it as well!

Parfait pour une petite famille qui souhaite passer du temps au village vacances de Valcartier. Comme c’est seulement à 10 minutes de route, nous revenions même dîner au chalet! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour durant la Semaine de relâche. Merci

Super séjour c’est vraiment merveilleux juste une petite bémol je wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien mais avec la vue et l’endroit qui etait merveilleux notre séjour a été à la hauteur de nos attentes merci

Nous étions 13 personnes lors de notre séjour, ce qui comprenait 4 adolescents. Le fait que chacune des chambres disposaient d’une salle de bain était un énorme avantage. On s’est tous senti super bien dans la maison. On ne s’est pas marché sur les pieds, on a pu faire nos repas en une seule tablée. Un matin, on a pu se rassembler dehors pour manger tranquillement notre déjeuner. Les lieux sont superbes. Le cachet de la maison est fabuleux. On en aurait même pris plus longtemps tellement qu’on y était bien. Ce fut un week-end magique. Je recommande à 100%!!!

Carole is an incredibly nice person and a wonderful host. We felt at home straight away and this has been one of the most beautiful a cozy houses we've ever stayed in. The nature and view is breathtaking. Great location for number of activities, absolutely private and yet not too far to Quebec. The jacuzzi was amazing, especially during the colder evenings. We loved every minute of the stay. It's absolutely worth the money. Don't hesitate a minute. It's really a little hidden paradise, you will want to stay back at the place and just relax and opportunities for hiking, etc. are numerous. We enjoyed the recommended places in the neighborhood and the rafting on the river was a real highlight. Thanks to Carole we had everything we needed and more. 😊👌

I don’t know how to convey our delight and satisfaction with Bernard and Francine as our hosts. They met us at check in and spent a great deal of time going over everything and recommending sights, experiences and eating establishments. We felt so at home in their beautiful home and so appreciated their amazing hospitality. Thank you so very much. We will be back again and again!!!

Vue fantastique sur Quebec et logement très agréable au bord du saint Laurent; Quartier très tranquille et agréable avec possibilité d'aller à Quebec par un traversier juste à coté. Raymonde laisse deux vélos ce qui est très pratique. Logement parfait pour deux personnes !!!

Céline and Andreï are wonderful hosts.They responded to our questions promptly and even followed up by email to make sure we arrived without issue, had everything we needed, and felt comfortable reaching out with any further questions. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures—spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the towels and linens were fresh and pleasantly scented. The backyard offers a stunning view of the Fleuve, and during low tide, you can even enjoy a peaceful walk along the shore. I would absolutely recommend this place without hesitation.
