Loft vacation rentals in Liguria

Amazing place, best possible location in the old town of Genoa. Historical building, cute apartment, excellent for a couple, small family or 2-3 friends. Great host, super responsive and helpful in every regard. He had so many tips and recommendations for our trip. And the highlight for me was the garden outside the apartment with olive trees and birds singing in the morning. Very charming indeed!

Marisa was very friendly and accommodating! She left a crib out for us as she knew that we were brining our 6-month old on the trip and prepped the room to keep my bike inside. She was patient with all of the questions I had and recommended the best transfer to the airports. She was awesome!

Fabio's apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's fantastic to be able to park the car on his property. Okay, it's a bit narrow, but definitely manageable. Inside, it's an oasis of peace, beautifully decorated, with a Corian kitchen countertop and equipped with all conveniences. The AC works quietly and excellently. The apartment is spacious and very clean. With the train station just 300 meters away, you can be in Genoa in six minutes. Tania responds incredibly quickly to messages, is always easily reachable, gives great tips, and is a fantastic host. I would absolutely come back here again!

The apartment has real Italian flair. The public bench at the front door. The church is opposite, and the bar is 30 steps away. Everyone greets very kindly. In the middle of it and yet nice and quiet. Loved it. :-)

In my opinion, the housing is actually better than in the photo. The kitchen has everything you need, even coffee, tea, salt and sugar. A separate huge plus of this house is the availability of a parking space! From the notes - you need to have a shower gel and shampoo with you, but that's a small thing. Overall experience - super!

Absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do justice to how cosy and wonderful the room is. You can hear the river running with the windows open. The bath is amazing. Highly recommend this stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely Vernazza Airbnb. The studio space was perfect for our needs — clean, comfortable, and very well located for both hiking and accessing the train to explore the other villages. After climbing countless steps throughout Cinque Terre, having just 40 steps from the main street to the front door felt like heaven! It was the ideal base for a relaxing and scenic holiday, and we’d happily stay again.

I found the loft accommodation easily. From the train it was an easy flat walk to the centre. The street was just off the centre. It had about 25 stairs/pathway to the front door. All of Riomaggorio has stairs. The loft was charming and fully equipped. Great restaurants close by. Grocery shops/bottle shops/ seafood and chips t/a. Tip go early morning to the little fishing harbor 20 steps down from centre with your morning coffee, before the crowds come and enjoy. Loved my stay

how we got to the area Sandra was waiting for us and took us to the apartment, giving us all the possible explanations about the place. Everything was perfect and from the window we were impressed by the wonderful view of the sea below. Then if you want to reach the Europa promenade there are 2 possibilities: either by stairs (about 160, we did it 2 or 3 times in the middle of a sea of flowers and cacti) or by car 850/900 meters to a parking lot adjacent to the promenade which, however, is paid from June. Anyway, everything is fine.

Casa Matilda is an oasis of tranquility and beauty. We were greeted with kindness and helpfulness. Our mini loft was nice and very clean. We found a welcome tart and products prepared by Ms. Anna. Everything was delicious!!! It was a very hot weekend and the house was equipped with a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The perfect pool! Thank you Casa Matilda!! We will definitely be back. 🤗

Clean accommodation and complete with everything, like being at home

We stayed there for a week and it was great. The place was great. The sea was a 5-minute walk away. Very nice beaches all around, quickly accessible by car. Even by train, you can get directly to the beach in Bordighera, as well as to many other beaches in the area.

The apartment is very atmospheric, right in the heart of the old town. Harbour, great restaurants and lots of sights in walking distance. It can be a little loud at night if the windows are open, but that's to be expected in the heart of a lively city. Bed and sitting area were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice loft, excellent location with the city center 2 steps away… possibility to rent parking to the host, less than 60 meters from the accommodation… quiet, bright, a terrace to take the sun… I recommend this Hotesse and her place
