The property has a convenient private parking with direct access to the apartment via two flights of stairs (50 steps). In addition, the accommodation has a lovely private outdoor area equipped with barbecue, dining table and sun loungers.

It is surrounded by chestnut woods and centuries-old oaks, just a 10-minute drive from Borgo Val di Taro, the main village.
