Condo vacation rentals in Liguria

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit sehr freundlichen Nachbarn. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral und hervorragend geeignet sowohl für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Lucca etc. mit Pkw oder Bahn als auch zu Fuß ins Zentrum sowie zum Strand. Strandtücher sind vorhanden. Leider sind die beiden vorhandenen Balkone sehr klein, aber um am Abend einen guten Wein zu genießen war es ausreichend. Von unserer Seite aus können wir einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nur empfehlen und sollten wir wieder einen Urlaub in der Gegend um Carrara verbringen wollen, wäre die Wohnung von Sonia mit Sicherheit unser Favorit.

L'appartamento è praticamente perfetto, bello, comodo e attrezzato di tutto il necessario. Si trova in una posizione ideale perché a breve distanza dal mare e dal centro ma al contempo in una zona tranquillissima, verde e silenziosa. L'host è stato disponibile, cortese e attento alle mie necessità, ma anche propositivo e utile a consentirmi un soggiorno piacevole e interessante con consigli e suggerimenti. Sono molto soddisfatta e non escludo di tornare: grazie ancora, Simone :)

Il nostro soggiorno presso questo B&B è stato semplicemente indimenticabile. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la sauna, che ci ha regalato momenti di autentico relax, e la vasca, che era davvero incredibile per comfort e stile. Ogni dettaglio della struttura riflette una cura meticolosa, dal design degli interni alla scelta degli accessori. L'ospitalità dell'host è stata straordinaria: ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa, con un'attenzione calorosa e premurosa che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare e rivivere questa fantastica esperienza.

Enrica è stata gentilissima, l’appartamento era pulito, ordinato e in un’ottima posizione centrale. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissimo alloggio in ogni suo particolare, l’accoglienza all’arrivo è stata ottima, ci siamo trovati benissimo come stare a casa , gli host sono stati gentilissimi sia all’arrivo che durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente a tutti una vacanza presso di loro, la zona è tranquilla ed è vicino al mare allo stesso tempo.Sicuramente ritorneremo da loro .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber, der Check-in/Check-out hat super geklappt, die Lage ist perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

We loved this place and could happily have stayed forever. The large terrace was amazing, overlooking the sea and great for people watching but still private and peaceful as up on the 3rd floor. We had both breakfasts and dinners up there. Kitchen is great with plenty of appliances etc to cook a full meal. A couple of little grocery shops near by - we found the one at 116 Via Fegina good, little rabbit warren of a place with fresh fruit and veg - their fresh pesto was excellent. Washing machine was highly appreciated as was the line to dry things on the terrace. Wifi worked reliably in all rooms. Position is ideal for the train - literally come out the station, turn right and you are there. Lots of good local information available for both walks and restaurants. Rubbish and recycling was easy to drop into the large bins by the car park, we never did find the food waste one but the cleaner was happy to take it. Cannot recommend this apartment enough - if it is available, book it.

Tout s'est bien passé , l'appartement n'est pas très grand mais bien aménagé et il est très bien situé . Amedeo est amicale , il nous a donner pleins de bonnes adresses et je le remercie d'avoir accepté que nous venions le soir de Noël , si je retourne à Sanremo je serai ravi de relouer son logement .

Noi eravamo espositori del mercato antiquariato alla Banchina di Sant Erasmo , abbiamo parcheggiato l auto giù e poi ci siamo mossi a piedi per raggiungere l appartamento, che si trova nei pressi della Chiesa di San Siro , è stato molto comodo ed abbiamo approfittato di fare due passi a piedi in modo tale che abbiamo potuto vedere il centro di Santa con tutti i suoi bellissimi negozi . Ma la cosa fondamentale è che nell appartamento ci siamo sentiti immediatamente a nostro agio come a casa ! È fornito di tutto non manca nulla ! Si può cenare o pranzare in casa senza problemi ma comunque In zona ci sono un paio di ristorantini deliziosi . L appartamento è 3 piano con ascensore, super silenzioso , delizioso il terrazzino! Una splendida Terrazza sul Mare! Abbiamo (io e mia figlia di 8 anni) soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento mansardato dal 24 al 26 Aprile 2025. Siamo rimaste molto colpite dalla vicinanza alla spiaggia e stazione ferroviaria, dalla terraza incantevole e molto accogliente! La pulizia degli ambienti, la praticità del mobilio e gli utensili sono al top! 💯 È stata una bellissima esperienza a Savona! Cyprien è stato molto alla mano e accogliente nel momento del nostro arrivo. Grazie mille! Continuate così! Alla prossima! ♥️

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé dans le logement de Silvia. Nous étions 4 et malgré que l’appartement est assez étroit, il correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. L’appartement est très proche de la gare qui emmène facilement en centre ville et dans tout les points stratégiques et touristiques. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans l’appartement. Les voies de train sont assez proches du logement et engendrent beaucoup de bruit, mais dans notre cas ça n’a pas été dérangeant car nous passions la plus grande partie de notre temps à l’extérieur pour les visites. Silvia est très réactive et arrangeante pour l’heure d’arrivée.

Appartement très bien situé pour se balader dans Gênes et visiter les villes voisines. La rue est calme. Le logement est très propre, fonctionnel, et conforme aux photos. Merci Paola pour votre réactivité lors de nos échanges. Je recommande cet appartement !

Grazioso alloggio,ben arredato e accogliente, affacciato su una delle piazze più belle di Genova in pieno centro, e con una vista privilegiata sul Duomo . Proprietari reattivi e molto disponibili . Consigliato caldamente per chi voglia vivere a pieno la città e il suo centro storico

We had such a lovely stay at Ornela’s. The accomodation was very well contained, tidy and practical, perfect for our little one as there was a toy corner which he loved. A great space and with a beautiful garden/seating area outside. Ornela was an excellent host. I recommend a stay here! Great for a family.

I had a lovely stay at Cosimo’s apartment. I walked from the train station which was not far, but steep with luggage! Though it was a beautiful private walkway there, and a quick way into town when you don’t have your luggage :) Cosimo was an extremely helpful host. He provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and was very helpful upon checkin, giving me a tour of the building and all of its amenities. Very responsive whenever I had a question as well! If you are looking for an escape amongst the hills of the Italian riviera, this is the place!

Wij hebben onlangs in het appartement Chill&Hill verbleven en het was een fantastische. Het appartement was prachtig, schoon en netjes. De bedden waren heerlijk comfortabel, wat zorgde voor een goede nachtrust. Het zwembad was heerlijk en perfect om in te ontspannen. Viki was ontzettend vriendelijk en stond altijd klaar om te helpen. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en zouden het zeker aanraden aan anderen!

Perfect for smaller groups with the two bed rooms. Clean appartment with a nice balcony and amazing views of Monforte and beyond. Super location in walking distance from everything you need in Monforte. Second stay in the appartment, and will absolutely come back again.

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal bei Fabrizio. Wir freuen uns jedes Mal auf die tolle Unterkunft, die schöne Umgebung, den freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Die Pizzeria im Dorf ist die beste, die ich kenne und wir kommen meistens auch deswegen. Wenn ich 6 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich ohne zu zögern. Vielen Dank 🙏🏼

Appartement situé à 50m de la belle route pour vélos Stationnement pour une voiture dans la propriété, et une deuxième si besoin juste en bas, très pratique Logement agréable et fonctionnel, magnifique terrasse avec vue sur mer ! Mais qui surplombe la route, le soir ce n'est pas dérangeant il y a moins de passage Hôte très disponible pour tout : accueil à n'importe quel heure, flexible, rend service si nous demandons quoique ce soit, c'était un plaisir de passer un moment chez eux, je recommande

Appartement idéalement situé à Rapallo, avec une très belle vue sur la baie, à proximité immédiate de la gare, ce qui permet de laisser la voiture sur le parking et de découvrir tranquillement les environs et Gênes en particulier. Proximité également de la jolie vieille ville, du port et des restaurants, tout se fait à pieds. L’appartement est tout à fait fidèle à la description, confortable, fonctionnel et remarquablement propre. L’accueil de Carla est très sympathique, avec une excellente réactivité et tous les conseils utiles. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps ! Merci Carla !

Appartement avec jardin, agréable, logement suffisant pour cinq personnes hôte , très gentille et chaleureuse et la gardienne est très aimable super accueil je recommande vivement
