Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

The apartment on the upper floor with balcony is fully equipped, a garage with electric charging stations for bicycles, car parking space and a basement room are available. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. This beautiful, freshly renovated apartment invites you to relax. There are many opportunities for recreation and leisure activities. Here is a small overview of the Irrland in Twisteden, Wunderland Kalkar, the Maasduinen and the Leukermeer with marina, the Roman city of Xanten with its north and south seas with many possibilities for leisure activities. A baby bed and 2 travel beds and a sofa bed are provided.

Wellness Guesthouse De Gronding met jacuzzi/sauna

Kick back and relax in our wellness guesthouse. Enjoy your private sauna and jacuzzi, to relax all day or after an active day of cycling, walking or shopping in the nearby towns of Deventer, Zutphen or Apeldoorn. Have a morning coffee with an unobstructed view of the fields, and maybe have the neighbour's cows greet you at the fence. At night, relax by the outside fireplace with a glass of wine. It has everything you need, just unpack your bags and enjoy!

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. The house has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You can park the car(s) at the house. We don't offer breakfast service. Come stay!

Our newly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment is both very central and idyllic. After exploring the Ruhr area, visiting the Movie Park or "Auf Schalke," the loggia invites you to end the evening in peace. Within a few minutes' walk (~500 m) you can reach not only the Wittringer Forest and Martkplatz but also various restaurants and the shopping arcade. From Gladbeck you have a direct connection to the A2/A31/A52 highways.

The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.

The wellness area in the basement is exclusively for you. Ideal for romantic evenings, birthdays, or relaxing self-care time with plenty of privacy. The romantic packages are not included and can be booked on request.

The accommodation is suitable for two people and features a jacuzzi, sauna (maximum 40–50 degrees, no use of oils), smart TV, balcony, private kitchen, and air conditioning. Parking is available within walking distance. Restaurants are located along the riverside and within walking distance.
