Vacation rentals in Lietavská Svinná-Babkov

Wir wurden von Ivana und ihrer Familie sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns nach der langen Autofahrt gleich wohlgefühlt. Alle sprechen perfektes English und haben uns gleich viele Erklärungen und Tipps gegeben. Ein selbstgebackener Marmorkuchen erfreute unsere Herzen zusätzlich. Der Garten, das Haus und der Ausblick auf die Berge der "Velka Fatra" haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt im Dorf Blatnica in einer Seitenstraße. Ein gutes Restaurant im Hotel Gader ist fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist in 600m Entfernung vorhanden. Der Eingang zum Nationalpark ist ca. 1km entfernt und bietet einige schöne Wanderwege an. Das Wasser in den Bergbächen ist gut zum Trinken geeignet und sehr lecker. Eine Minibadestelle in Blatnica ist vorhanden. Man sollte aber abgehärtet sein, um dort kurz einzutauchen. Innerhalb einer Stunde Autofahrt sind mehrere Städte vorhanden, die man erkunden kann. Die Schlossbesichtigung in Bojnice ist ein Muss. Wir haben uns in 3 Wochen sehr gut erholt.

Very nice stay at Katarina’s place. She is a very kind and helpful host. Beautiful house with comfortable rooms, nice garden with sauna and jacuzzi ! It is also close to ski station and good hiking spot !

Jedná se ubytování " Na samotě ", takže na místě je opravdu klid. Ideální i pro rodiny s malými dětmi. Oplocený pozemek s možností zavřít vjezd. Vybavení pro hry a volný čas nadstandardní ( pingpong, patanque, míč s fotbalovými brankami, houpačka na stromě a mnoho dalšího). Vybavení kuchyně naprosto dostačující - jako v běžné domácnosti. Jen chybí lis na česnek :-D, ale šikovná kuchařka si poradí ( berte prosím s humorem, opravdu je tam vše - šťouchadlo, toastovač, hrnce, pánve, mísy...co vás napadne ). V době naší dovolené byly k dispozici i základní surviny ( cukr, sůl, čaje, olej, ocet ) a pro umývání nádobí i mycí prostředky a utěrky, pytle do odpadkového koše. Spaní je velice příjemné - kvalitní matrace, pohodlné a čisté povlečení. Snad jen je potřeba dům víc větrat, byla v něm vyšší vlhkost. V koupelnách byly k dipsozici i záklaní ručníky na ruce a na WC toaletní papír. Na chatě se hodně " mele signál pro mobily ", takže jsou tam hluchá místa. Není zde wi-fi.

Tastefully designed cosy place with a great Mountain View - morning coffee with that view was a real treat. House if fully functional for comfortable long stays. If you love mountains, this is a perfect base for exploring Velka Fatra and Nízke Tatry mountains. The host - Filip, friendly and proactive. Highly recommended!

Marina was the best host you can ever find, would reply day and night. House is lovely and well equiped. would strongly advice for anyone who needs a vacation.

Ubytovanie bolo super, hostitelka nás čakala, všetko vysvetlila, prostredie na úrovni, niet čo vytknúť...

Peter is an amazing host. Since our first night was on a holiday he asked if he could stock the fridge with food in case we were unable to find any restaurants or grocery stores open. He also told us about a local pizza place that was open so we could have a hot meal. Peter and his wife met us at the rental during check-in and check-out to make sure everything was good. He was incredibly attentive via text to help with anything. He also helped retrieve a lost piece of luggage we forgot in Budapest. He spent a lot of his time helping us contact a shipping company and communicating. The location is good if you want to be out a bit in nature. There are some lookouts nearby you can hike to from the house. There is also a small grocery store in town but not much else. There were several local ski resorts we frequented nearby (10 minutes, 20 minutes, 45 minutes). All of this was perfect for us. The house was lovely and had everything we could need and more.
