We have been here with 10 people. A very nice stay and a great garden. A restaurant in the front yard, ideal! The contact with Derrick went great. Definitely recommendable

Had a nice long weekend. It was very warm, but the fan was already running and kept the room nice and cool. Nice to be able to stay in the garden. Bicycles can be stored and charged. Beautiful area, nice farm shop nearby. Not to mention a delicious breakfast

What a wonderful stay we had here! Beautiful super spacious farmhouse with a large garden with a view so beautiful! Bedrooms large wonderful beds! And of course also enjoyed the Jacuzzi! Aljanneke is a perfect host/hostess. Everything was arranged! Delicious beers, fresh apple juice! We will definitely be back! Surroundings are beautiful for both cycling and hiking and then also the beautiful places Deventer and Zutphen nearby!

We had such a peaceful stay, the property is beautifully furnished and felt private. It’s in a great location with lots of walking routes directly from the property. We would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful midweek in the Trupial. Everything looked neat and tidy and we had a real home feeling, a good comfortable sofa to sit on and a nice separate dining area. Everything you could think of that you need during a stay was present. A wonderfully comfortable bed and a nice garden to sit in, all day long visits from various birds on the feed silos and even a squirrel that came to eat every day. The area is also very beautiful, we are very familiar with the area because we have had a chalet there for years, the bike route to the south via Boerderij Mossel to Ede and back via the more western bike path is always a nice route to do, and of course a visit to Park de Hoge Veluwe. All in all a very successful week and a good chance that we will come back to John & Marquerite.

The space is a dream. Laurence welcomed us warmly. You have a beautiful view from the terrace into the countryside and the pool. Everything is reminiscent of a cottage in Cornwall with wildflowers. The place was very clean, well equipped and furnished with attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

We think Zeddam is a beautiful area where you can enjoy hiking and biking. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are nearby. In the apartment, all the necessities are available to cook, stay, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was also done to make us feel comfortable. In short, we can recommend this apartment to anyone.

As with the last stay, everything was great, nothing has changed. Great hosts and very flexible.

The house was very cosy, clean, and nicely decorated. The garden was superb, and Ivon and her husband are very friendly and easy-going. I needed to be close to the university, and the location was excellent. Strongly recommended.

I arrived very satisfied and left the accommodation with a happy feeling. It is a perfect place to unwind, especially for people like me who are constantly in work mode. The quiet location and the opportunity to cool off in the pool in warm weather are simply great. Maarten always responded immediately when something happened – always friendly and helpful. Beautiful, central location, ideally located (within walking distance less than 1 minute) near parking, entertainment, supermarkets, and the city center. Ideal to enter the accommodation with an access code, which met the outlined expectations perfectly. Hosts are very active in communication, and thinking along. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Zwolle!

What a nice place! We really enjoyed our stay with Ans and Anton. Their B&B was the perfect base for the wedding we were going to. And how sweet: when it was pouring out of the sky, Anton even brought us the car! The next morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. Thank you for the warm hospitality! 🏠

Eat a nice cottage! There were two of us here for a workation: working during the day but in a different environment for the holiday feeling outside working hours. We were able to set up two workspaces, one in the kitchen and one in the attic. There were better chairs for us for that reason, very nice. It is small but meets all expectations, well described and even more atmospheric than expected in advance. The weather was nice so also nice in the garden.

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Reckum – and that's mainly thanks to the great host! We were warmly welcomed at check-in and felt comfortable right away. Our host was consistently likeable, incredibly patient and always helpful. Whether it was tips for the area, small concerns or spontaneous questions – he always had an open ear and a solution ready. His competence and serenity really made our stay special. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy our time in Reckum. We can only highly recommend the accommodation and especially the host – we will be happy to come back!

Lisette’s apartment was perfect for our needs. Everything was as described. Easy access to station, AH, and a quick walk to city centre. Definitely would stay again.

It is the perfect location, you can reach everything on foot. A beautiful garden to spend evenings in. Great communication and instructions from the host. Recommended!

I was looking for a place for my friend where we can have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even nicer than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything can be reached on foot or by bike. We'd love to come back again 😍

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful old house with a beautiful garden. We had a wonderful swim in the Rhine, slept well and were spoiled in the morning with a very well-prepared breakfast in the garden. Highly recommended!
