Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

Maria & Carlo were amazing hosts! They made it super easy to check in, as they took the time to meet us and made sure we knew our way around Venice! They also gave great restaurant recommendations and responded back quickly whenever we had questions about things to do or how to get around. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Venice in the future!

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

Amazing hosts. Great place close to everything needed. This rental includes bikes which is a total hit for us. Definitely will recommend this place.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

We travelled as a family with two teenage boys at Easter time. Fabio was a wonderful host and very kind, responsive and helpful. He goes out of his way to make your stay a great experience. We arrived in Venice late at night with an unexpected flight delay. Fabio was so kind as to wait for us so that he could take us to the Airbnb and show us around. The area is very peaceful and quiet as well only 5 mins away from the main tourist area. All is very walkable from there. The ferry to the airport is also very close by. The Airbnb came with most everything we needed and was very comfortable for us. The bedding is really good and the house is charming and clean. We definitely recommend this Airbnb. This is a lovely place to stay in Venice.

Our stay in Venice was great! Nicola’s Airbnb was beautiful and spacious. Great location to get to and from the train and water taxis. Check in was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Giovanna was attentive throughout our stay. He responded quickly, was always very friendly and had very good recommendations. He provided us with a place to leave our luggage after check-out. The apartment is small but the 4 of us were very comfortable. The location is perfect for walking and there are many places to eat nearby. We'd love to come back!

Great host , Everything was very close by, place had a beautiful balcony, everything you need for the trip was there. I was worried since my flight was at late night how to find the place but Stefano sent the clear and easy to follow directions which was very helpful. Even when he came he explained us where we will find supermarket which places to visit he helped us by drawing the map. He asked us again and again any questions that was very nice of him. I stayed there with my husband and 14 year old son. Two specious bedrooms with closets and lots of linen. It was great place to stay

Located a few blocks from the shuttle bus, even closer to the train station and big vaparetto stop. New bathroom, with the proper set up for bidet use (when you know...). Kettle, moka pot, micro, gas burners, lots of place for storage. Nice, fluffy duvet!

Lovely apartment located within 5 min walk of the Rialto bridge. Martina was very helpful at check in and provided a lot of info to help with our stay. Couldn’t ask for a better location as within walking distance to main attractions. Couldn’t ask for anything more, would highly recommend.

Valerie was a great host, everything was easy and seamless from the beginning to end. The property was great and perfect base to see Venice and all it has to offer. In a fantastic location with great restaurants and bars close by. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Venice.

Elena was fantastic. Very proactive with communication, and gave clear directions on how to get to her place when arriving from the airport. The space was lovely and was exactly as described, in a quiet area.

If you’re on the fence about booking this space for your time in Venice—don’t be! It is amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful airbnb. Not only was it peaceful, but it was central to all of the different divisions/neighborhoods of Venice. Also, the hosts went above and beyond to help us tourists figure out the island. Excellent accommodation, you can take the bus near the apartment to go to Venice. But the best thing was the attention of Sara and her family, they are very kind, I would definitely come back to get away here

despite having problem with electricity , the place was really nice for one night stay 😁 we really recommend it

Beatrice is the most valuable host we ever had. We were surprised to meet her near the water boat station, where she and her husband helped us with the suitcases. She gave us any information we asked for: that was more than helpful, given that Venice is a "complicated" city. The apartment was clean and perfectly equipped. Next time we visit Venice, we will book at Beatrice's place again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Laura’s beautiful condo on the Grand Canal. Arrival was easy…we were provided excellent directions to self check in after dark. The location is amazing! We loved sitting and watching and listening to sounds of the traffic on the canal. The rooms are beautifully decorated and you feel like you stepped back in time. The bath/shower is unique but it adds to the general ambiance of the place. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit!!

Nice apartment, well taken care of and I. a great location to explore Venice and other surrounding point of interest. The host was very communicative and provided extensive information that made our visit as smooth as possible.

Novella's house is in a strategic location, a 5-minute walk from Venice Santa Lucia station. The apartment is very clean vintage style and complete with every comfort. Behind the house there is a very nice public park suitable for children, picnic areas and for older children there is an "outdoor gym".; it is located in the central area and in about 30 minutes on foot you arrive in St. Mark's Square. I definitely recommend it
