Dario and Cristiana were the best hosts! SO kind and thoughtful. They were flexible and accommodating with timing of arrival for everyone in my family. Cristiana was very communicative and warm. She made us feel at home. The children had a wonderful time playing on the play structure in the backyard. There is a bike trail/very narrow road in front of the house where you can walk and enjoy the river and peacefulness of the country. Downtown Dolo is very quaint and our family had a very good dinner at Napo Pizza. I highly recommend for the fun family atmosphere, air conditioning + yummy pizza/drinks. We never took a train from Dolo or Mira but the train is very easy and goes right into Venice. I would recommend to ride a bike or drive to the train station from this house. I highly recommend this house for a family with kids. I loved the big square dining table in the center of the house where we all sat and talked. We will keep our memories we made here for a long time!

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's place in Venice. It was a spacious and beautiful house in a quite neighbourhood. We were a big family group of 8 and it felt really spacious and it was nice to use it as our base to explore Venice. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to the bus stop or train station which will take you directly to Venice main island. The place felt secure and clean however there were a few items that needed attention/repairs. I would recommend Erika's place if you are looking for somewhere that is value for money, spacious and it was a really good base for our trip to Venice.

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The host was always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended — especially for families with kids!

Pierantionio's stunning Venice apartment is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in! The apartment itself is beautiful, with views of the canal from multiple windows, and very good value. Just to spend time in the apartment was heavenly. We loved the whirlpool tub. Not only that, but this is the prettiest and one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in Venice. Everything you need is steps from your door. The water bus is a flat and easy 4 minute walk, making luggage transfer from the airport or train station a breeze. The AC was a welcome amenity at night. We felt so lucky to stay here! I hope we get to stay again. If you have the opportunity to book this place, don't think twice, just do it.

Michela was a great host, she provided clear check in instructions that were very easy to follow. The place was very clean, and the location is extremely convenient, within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. We loved it, and would stay there again :)

Paolo was great host. Nadia who works with him is a delight We were there 48 days and he was always responsive. The location for Venice is wonderful with views from Bedroom and views to the private backyard in back. Everything is walkable and vapoletto is 5 minutes away. We came with infant and dog and found location good for them as well.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

We had an amazing stay! Stefano arranged our pickup from the airport and a water taxi brought us straight to the water door. He was very accommodating and answered any questions we had. The palace was centrally located close to the Rialto Bridge.

Ca' Tintor in Venice was a truly delightful Airbnb stay, perfect for families. The apartment was impeccably clean and incredibly well-organised, boasting all the amenities one could possibly need with kids, from the hob and oven to a dishwasher, washing machine, and a perfectly working air conditioning unit. Its location is fantastic, nestled in a beautiful residential area with easy access to Piazzale Roma and the railway station, making it convenient for exploring with little ones. The host's dedication to preserving Venetian history, as evidenced by the ancient dyer basins found during redecoration, and their commitment to modern comfort and environmental responsibility through the heat pump system, truly stood out. I highly recommend this superb apartment for a wonderful stay in Venice with your family.

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Frederico est même venu nous chercher à l'arrivée du bateau pour nous accompagner jusqu'au AirBnb. Le logement est conforme à la description, il était parfait pour notre séjour et très bien aménagé ! Situé dans un quartier calme mais très facile d'accéder aux quartiers plus animés de Venise ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir encore merci ! ☀️☀️🚣‍♂️

Watersdoor was the highlight of our Italian honeymoon! At the start of our stay, Maria and her daughter were very friendly and greeted us to show us the way to the condo. Upon our arrival, the candles, mini bottle of champagne, and rose petals were such nice touches. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and has all that you need for a stay in Venice. The washer/dryer came in handy as well! Maria provided excellent recommendations (e.g., restaurants, transportation suggestions, sights, special events in the area, etc.) throughout our trip. Maria made our honeymoon a memorable experience and we are very grateful!!

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful villa just outside Venice. The house was stunning & spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a huge garden and a lovely swimming pool that we could use day or night. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for laid-back evenings with friends. The host truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Communication was excellent, fast, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even kindly offered to pick us up from Venice airport, which was such a nice gesture. Since we arrived late and were very hungry, they thoughtfully arranged for fresh, hot pizzas to be waiting for us when we got there—such a wonderful touch! It was the perfect holiday escape, and my friends and I genuinely enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Je n'ai que du positif à dire sur le séjour chez Fabienne. Hôte sympathique, aux petits soins pour nous, nous aide en nous déposant parfois à l'arrêt de bus, la propriété est niquel et magnifique... Je recommande à 100% et je reviendrai Vous ne serez pas déçu !

une très belle maison, Gina avec sa famille- gentilles, disponibles et très serviables. Les chambres sont très grandes, joliment décorées. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain et WC très spacieux. Le jardin est magnifique, grand , ainsi qu'une belle piscine. tout était propre et très bien entretenue. l'endroit est très calme à 20 minutes de Venise, beaucoup de restaurants et les centres commerciaux sont très proches, dont un grand outlet. Grâce à Gina et sa famille nous avons passé des très belles journées dans sa maison.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Venise. L’appartement est proche du tram ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans le centre de Venise. Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. We had an amazing vacation. I can 100% recommend staying there. We booked the villa for 15 people and had plenty of space. The house offers a large kitchen and common area as well as many separate bed and bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect for preparing food for large groups and there are supermarktes nearby to buy groceries. Our highlight however was definitely the outside area including the huge garden, pool and tennis/ soccer court. The hosts and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Communcation before the stay was excellent and in the house there are also great recommendations for daytrips, beaches, places to shopping or food ordering.

Wonderful stay at the riverside suite. Our bus was delayed , yet the host was kind enough to wait up late for us and show us around past check in time. It was the nicest apartment we have stayed in, over our 9 days travelling throughout Italy. The pool is about a 20 minute walk away, but has plenty of loungers and is very clean.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti, l'appartamento era come da descrizione, super pulito e molto curato. Piscina perfetta per adulti e bambini. Situato in una posizione tranquilla ma strategica e comoda a tutti i servizi di Jesolo. Eleonora, la proprietaria,attenta e sempre molto premurosa! Consigliatissimo!
