Beach condo vacation rentals in Lido di Venezia

Das Apartment war sehr schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war angenehm und ruhig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzerin – der Kontakt war unkompliziert und herzlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder!

Es hat einfach alles perfekt gepasst - das tolle Apartment, die Lage direkt am Wasser, die sehr gute Anbindung per Bus. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles da was wir brauchten. Der Strand ist direkt über die Strasse erreichbar, wir haben Fahrräder ausgeliehen (Lido on Bike, Granviale SME) und haben die Insel erkundet - vom Leuchtturm Faro di San Nicolo bis Malamocco. Es gibt zahlreiche gute Restaurants - Empfehlung für to go: Punto Pizza da Maury oder am Strand mit Locals Ristorante Ai Murazzi - einfach aber lecker. Auf dem Lido erfährt man die absolute Entspannung - der italienische Kaffee morgens auf dem Balkon ist der perfekte Start in den Tag. Der Bus Linie V fährt direkt zum Vaporetto und mit der Linie 1 ist man super schnell in Venedig und zum Glück abends genauso schnell wieder weg von den Menschenmassen. Lorenzo war jederzeit und schnell für uns da und wir danken ihm sehr für alles. Eine klare Empfehlung - wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Notre hôte nous a donné toutes les indications pour rejoindre l'appartement et nous a accueillis malgré notre arrivée tardive a cause de problème de transport jusqu'à Venise. L'appartement est spacieux, propre, bien équipé et calme. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We spent a almost a week in the lovely apartment by the sea. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Venice but stay outside in the more relaxed Lido area. There a nice restaurants and cafés as well as small shops nearby. We enjoyed staying in the carefully designed apartment. Federico was a great host, who gave us a personal reception and gave us tips about the area. Eventhough we were delayed, he waited for us unti we got there. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back another time.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Patrizia ist eine herzliche und gastfreundliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und gleich dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Meer sowie die bekannte Einkaufsstraße von Jesolo mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften. Für Gartenliebhaber ist der liebevoll gestaltete Garten ein echtes Highlight: Dort wachsen Erdbeeren, Kakibäume, Zitronenbäume, Kohl und noch viele andere Pflanzen – leider kenne ich mich da nicht so gut aus, aber es ist wirklich schön anzusehen. Ein Spaziergang durch den Garten lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Auch das Parken war völlig unkompliziert: Es gibt eine große, abgeschlossene Fläche, auf der mehrere Autos sicher abgestellt werden können. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft in Jesolo von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Patrizia für den tollen Empfang

Beautiful, big, clean, comfortable, mantained the beauty and the originality through the years with renovated washrooms, kitchen and amenities. Close to the Lidos vaporetto’s station and a few minutes from Venice. Great surroundings, restaurants etc. Good communication and excellent checkin with Inna which gave good inputs!

La casa è molto grande e accogliente. Fornita di tutto. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Il Lido di Venezia è stupendo. Ci siamo trovati bene!

Very nice place, we arrived late at night and they stay attentive. There is a supermarket in the same building.

One of the best place to stay near Venice. Commute is smooth. Barbara is extremely helpful. She is a great host and helped us in every way possible. The property is spacious and clean. Great restaurants nearby and beach is must visit

I Stayed at Aniuta’s place for a few days and it was lovely. Such an authentic and quite area - perfect for families. The apartment was perfect and well equiped with a chair and bed for my baby. I had a great time!

Very nice place and views. It was clean and they were kind hosts. FYI for other guests-make sure you bring beach towels, laundry soap, conditioner, board games. As far as amenities it was just the basics but I would still book again, it had everything that was needed and is beautiful!

Wir hatten mit unseren drei Kindern genug Platz und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Sind alle begeistert gewesenen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich! Das Ambiente war sehr schön. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!

Il soggiorno è stato impeccabile, l'host a sua volta rispettoso, veloce nelle risposte e soprattutto esaustivo nelle info sul condominio, l'appartamento come qualità prezzo è stato unico, nuovo e pulito, il residence all'esterno è molto bello e curato, noi ci siamo trovati veramente bene!!
