The apartment is in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the train station and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is also on a road which is very quiet at night. The apartment is very spacious and clean, a very good price for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Elisa and Cesare are great. We felt like home from the first minute onwards. The entire apartment is very clean and possess everything you might need (with clear instructions everywhere). We found a vegan welcome cake which was then supported with organic strawberries. The accommodation is in a peaceful location where you can take a break from the life. Totally recommend, will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Elena and Antonio’s beautiful apartment. Their place was so quiet and peaceful yet it was just a short walk to many great attractions, restaurants and bars. The apartment is tastefully presented and it was so relaxing to be there. Elena greeted us on arrival and gave us many great recommendations for the area. Very nice host, very close to the beach and strip. Would definitely recommend you to stay here if visiting Rimini. Good restaurants near by, bike shop close too. Rooms comfy and clean, shower and bathroom really good too. Amenities were cool.

Giampaolo and Sabrina were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay in Fano. The apartment is in immaculate condition, has fantastic amenities, including a high quality shower. Check in and check out were very easy. The room is situated right in the heart of Fano, and is walking distance to the train station. Highly recommended for your stay in Fano.

I thought the apartment was great. The kitchen incl. dishwasher and everything you could ever need would also do for a longer stay. It was also great that at the entrance you could take everything you needed, such as coffee capsules, salt, pepper, oil. David is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Paolo's home is a little gem. We had a great time, a stone's throw from the center and all the monuments. I'd say perfect. 100% recommended

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

Modern and clean structure, located a few minutes away by foot from the sea, reachable by a nice cycle - pedestrian track. Great as a base for touring Gabicce and its surroundings. The property is arranged on two levels and offers a nice outdoor patio where you can eat and relax. The condo was great! Very spacious, pleasant and with two nice outdoor decks, AC, comfortable beds, my own garage space for my car and washer and dryer in one, I felt right at home. The only thing missing that would have made it perfect was a microwave. The Airbnb host was very attentive, helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and sights to see in the area. I’ve recommended this listing to my family members when they stay in Ravenna.

Our stay at Alessandra’s apt was perfect. It was more spacious and even nicer than the photos suggested. Well located, easy private parking, clean, quiet, convenient to everything. Her information brochure was better than visiting the Ravenna tourist office. Highly recommended, great find.

Such a fantastic place to stay in Porto Corsini! It was walking distance from the cruise terminal, and was a nice and quiet place to relax. The beach is very close by with stores on the way. Super nice sand with wind surfing and fishing.

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond if there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is very close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants probably conquered the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

Accommodation in a decentralized hamlet, but close to Faenza and excellent solution for those who want to visit the city on the occasion of the Palio or events such as Argillà
