Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Marina responds quickly to questions thank you

It was very nice staying here. Very close to the sea, the city center and lots of restaurants. Also the host was very responsive and when we needed them to help us they were immediately helping us. Totally recommend this location, it is also very clean and cosy.

It was a real vacation! Sea and nightlife just a stone's throw... and siam we were super pampered by our host: from the fruit to the wine of their production, with which we were welcomed, to the lucky gift of a music concert! Clean house, with a nice living room and, above all, already equipped with towels and sheets (not for everyone). The only drawback, but it doesn't change the quality of the stay, was the absence of some kitchen items: we had no bottle opener and there were only fruit knives (the bread was missing). It was the stay we needed .

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. To the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.
