A pleasant stay in this beautiful, large and comfortable home. The property was very clean, nothing was missing, indeed the hostess Ms. Vanessa, left us milk, croissants, jam. A loving person. We will definitely be back and I recommend it for a nice stay in this beautiful home.

The apartment is furnished very artistically and cozy. The hosts thought of every small detail and matched with the overall idea of style. Seems like a lot of effort and heart put into it. It feels like you're living in an ancient fisherman's house, but with all the necessary modern amenities. Natural materials provide a pleasant coolness to the apartment. There are air conditioning on both floors. It is possible to cook a meal if you need it. There is a "maximytė" nearby to buy anything you will need. There is a self-service laundromat by the shop which is open until late. The apartment is located in the ancient fishing district of Rimini, where people of the artistic soul are settled. The facades of many houses are tastefully decorated with drawings. No car traffic. There are people coming to this neighborhood from other places in Rimini just to take pictures at some more sympathetic home. The whole neighborhood has become like a Rimini postcard. You go out in the morning or evening and understand that you live in the postcard itself. A couple of steps away-Tiberius bridge.

Very friendly and helpful hosts, a clean place with an unbeatable value for money. Very close to the city center and yet quietly and privately located. A fenced courtyard was worth gold for us as dog owners. Parking is a little limited. However, a public parking lot can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Thank you for the wonderful time in Cesenatico!

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family

An all-round beautiful vacation destination if you don't want to explore the area on foot. A great big house for many people even in bad weather.

valentina's place is beautiful, the photos reflect reality, it is located inside a residence, with reserved parking), in a quiet area, but close to a supermarket (10 minutes walk) in Viale Dante(10 minutes on foot), with a very large nearby park, with a play area for children and dog areas for those who, like us, travel with the dog. He welcomed us by Valentina's husband, very kind, he explained what he had to and suggested some right place to eat, the apartment is very clean, it is not exposed to the sun, the terrace is fantastic, spacious, with space to eat and a nice comfortable duck (contested by everyone), for our dog they gave us a rug with a bowl and a small mangerice for him, we really appreciated the bathroom sheets of three different colors, so we could be distinguished, thank you for your hospitality

We were a group of 13 people – with and without impairment, a facility from Switzerland – and were allowed to spend our Easter vacation this year in your house. Both the house itself and the surroundings impressed us, but especially we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year at this time and have already experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house suited us as a group as perfectly as yours. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you. It was an all-round successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

Hosts are super friendly and makes you feel right at home.

we spent 10 magical days in the house. We walked and returned to the house like our quiet harbor, giving tired travelers peace and coolness in the shade of trees. By car we visited the local attractions and explored the beaches. Everything was great! We prefer to cook ourselves and everything was for this in the house. There is a new and large EuroSpin grocery store 5 min drive from the house. For more comfort, we lacked a dishwasher and microwave, but we knew that they were not there and were ready for it. Lots of different detergents and it makes it easy to keep the house clean. The house is clean and spacious and has 2 terraces, there is an opportunity to make a barbecue, which we enjoyed doing. The pool is 20 steps from the house and this is a big plus. Dear Titti E Vito, thank you more for this opportunity to spend our vacation in your home. We no doubt recommend staying here for everyone.

The place was error-free. The host gave us lots of helpful recommendations for nearby activities and social and cultural events during our stay. Which we loved to use. The place was stylishly clean and in a completely quiet environment. Recommended.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Silvia was professional, attentive and always available to support our every need and need without being intrusive. Extremely kind. The apartment respected what was proposed in the listing and even more. Equipped with everything you need, very clean and functional. The outdoor space is an oasis of peace. Great.

Simple apartment but with the necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if there is anything you need. He offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

Matteo is a great host , the apartment is’ top in a quiet area but 2 minutes from the sea . I stayed with two dogs and I have to say that the small courtyard is perfect!

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

We spent a weekend at Elisa's property and found each other divinely. Great location, great apartment. Elisa is a golden person, available and sunny. It made us miss nothing and made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!!
