Veramente molto accogliente e host molto gentile

L’appartement étais au top avec le parking intérieur la hôte étais très sympa nous sa conseille pour divers activité ou repas Je vous conseille si vous rechercher un appartement pour 7 personne

Mooi en ruim appartement op een minuut loopafstand van het strand en winkeltjes en horeca. Met een eigen parkeerplaats op 50 meter afstand. De twee strandbedjes (inclusief !!) maken het helemaal af. Carlotta is een attente host die goed communiceert en heel snel reageert. Kortom: een aanrader.

Die Kommunikation mit Eleonora war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Ab Ankunft war Stefano unser Ansprechpartner, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns das Apartment gezeigt, alle Besonderheiten erkärt, mit allem geholfen und war schnell ansprechbar, wenn es Probleme gab. Freitagnachmittag Ankunft, Internet/WiFi geht nicht. Zwar hat die Reparatur bis Montag, unserem Abreisetag, gedauert, aber Stefano hat sich darum gekümmert, trotz Wochenende. Wir fanden es sehr angenehm, einen persönlichen Kontakt zu haben. Das Apartment ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Klare Architektur, angenehme Farben, gute Ausstattung, gemütlich. Eigentlich ist es ganz nah zum Meer, aber es ist alles sehr zugebaut, Hotellerie und Gastronomie eroberten wohl in den letzten Jahren die Plätze. Mit Hund war leider kein Zugang zum Strand in der nahen Umgebung möglich, darum Autofahrt nach Pesaro und Fano. Danke an Stefano und Eleonora und alles Gute !

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

l'appartamento di Isabella è stato curato in ogni dettaglio. dagli infissi che lasciavano fuori il rumore esterno, sia nella mobilia. Pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. si affaccia direttamente sulla passeggiata ma la zona è piuttosto tranquilla. Fondamentale il posto auto interno con cancello.

Wir haben uns gleich nach Ankunft wie zu Hause gefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich und auch unserer kleiner Hund hatte genug Platz. Die Balkone bieten einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer bzw. den Hafen. Es gibt tolle Restaurants rund um die Unterkunft und auf der anderen Seite des Hafens kann man toll an der Promenade entlang laufen und in Bars und Cafés einkehren. Auch hundefreundliche Strände und Menschen findet man genug. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in occasione di un torneo di beach volley. Eravamo in 6, la casa rispetta la descrizione ed è comoda con una terrazza esterna veramente carina. l'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Super consigliata.

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, in einer neu renovierten, wunderschönen und geräumigen Wohnung zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch äusserst gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was perfekt für Strandliebhaber ist. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen ist hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen oder Anliegen, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen an Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine perfekte Lage zum Strand!

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Casa piccola ma confortevole,ben accessoriata. Luogo tranquillo e rilassante . Adatto anche per il nostro cane . La proprietaria una signora molto gentile e sempre disponibile in caso di bisogno,

Ottimo appartamento,con i giusti spazi e fornito di tutto il necessario. ottima posizione per spostarsi a piedi. Non utilizzata,ma un piú alla presenza della piscina.

Wir waren zu viert in dem Apartment untergebracht. Die Lage ist unschlagbar direkt am Strand. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief reibungslos. Wir bedanken uns für ein paar schöne Tage in Italien. :)

Geweldige vakantie gehad bij Villa Mariella! De villa's bevinden zich in een heel mooie, besloten omgeving, er is een prachtige goed onderhouden tuin en een fijne, schoone zwembad. De villa's zijn heel dichtbij het strand. De strand is tegen betaling maar je krijgt een vaste plek met een parasol en twee ligbedden. De strand is ook schoon en netjes. Het is ook heel fijn dat je gebruik kunt maken van de fietsen voor de gaten. Op de fiets maar ook te voet is het stadscentrum goed bereikbaar. De gastheren zijn heel aardig en beleefd. Heel fijne contact gehad.

Alloggio molto carino e dotato di tutti i confort. Lo spazio esterno recintato è perfetto per chi ha animali domestici. Il mare vicino e la possibilità di vedere daini, fenicotteri e altri animali è stato molto molto bello. Grazie per la disponibilità e le informazioni, è stato un piacere e lo consiglieremo sicuramente.

We felt right at home! Great location, very clean, nicely decorated! Good communication with the host… Well-kept apartment…. We loved Claudio”s condo, the style, balcony…. Wonderful apartment, an unforgettable.. Claudio is super helpful, thank you very much and see you soon…

We stayed at Michela's place for a week. Easy to walk to the various beaches and about a 10 minute walk into the pretty town centre. The flat has everything you would need. comfortable bed, lots of storage and equipped kitchen. Nice to have two balconies to sit outside. Good Wifi. Nice neighbours too. Just around the corner is a fish restaurant which is part of a fisherman's cooperative called PesceAzzurro. We ate there a few times. They do a great deal on a selection of courses at a fixed price which is enough to share between two. Fun experience. Good Pizza at Dumo on the front with amazing ice cream next door at Gelateria Carapina - 10/10! We had coffee every morning with the locals at Bon Bon Cafe. We had a great week during the off season.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

Cercavamo un alloggio in zona, siamo stati colpiti dalle foto della soluzione e della vista impagabile, prenotato e arrivati siamo stati accolti da Sabrina e Dario , persone a dir poco uniche, molto socievoli , ci siamo sentiti a casa , appartamento molto in ordine e pulito, ottimo gusto nella ristrutturazione e con tutti i servizi necessari. Consiglio vivamente e ringrazio di cuore Sabrina, alla prossima.

Abbiamo trascorso il ponte del 25 Aprile in questo bellissimo appartamento e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa è nuova, pulita e molto accogliente. Le due camere e i due bagni sono stati perfetti per due coppie. La posizione è davvero strategica, a due passi dal mare e comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro città. Laura e suo marito sono stati molto cordiali e gentili, ci hanno permesso anche di parcheggiare l’auto nel loro cortile accanto alla casa. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione.

More than 5 stars! Above and beyond perfection!! A luxurious, modern, 2 bedroom condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Elegantly decorated. Squeaky clean. A bonus of a washer and dryer. Everything needed for 1 night, 1 month or longer stay. The private garden adds a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere which has a table, chairs and loungers to enjoy. The beach is within walking minutes with restaurants abundant. We were overwhelmed! The quaint town is also walking minutes from the condo. Many restaurants, shopping, grocery store and bus line. Tania is the ultimate host! Always available at any time and just as pleasant. This experience exceeded our expectations. We hope to come back and bring friends. Thank you Tania, your the best❣️
