Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. There are two small cottages at the waterfront with a view over Askrikebay. You rent them bouth. Here you will find a pir, porch and sauna There are two kayaks for rent. You also have access to Stockholm City and Bogesund nature reserve by local ferry. There is a good restaurant close by at the Island.
