The accommodation is as it appears in the photos. The building is a very quiet place, it is 3 blocks from the Plaza Maule mall, on a main residential avenue, it is ideal for resting, walking through the park in front. It is a quiet and quiet place. It has good air conditioning, which is very important to me because I'm sensitive to the cold and I've been cold in other places in Talca, but not here. There are plenty of blankets and two air conditioning/heating units that work really well to air-condition the apartment. It has everything you need in the kitchen for 3 people. It has a washing machine, a plus that few places have. The place has parking and is very safe. Nicolás always responded quickly to questions and was attentive. You're the best, thanks! I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Talca

I can only say that everything was excellent. The location is very good, close to the Alameda. Easy check-in and with precise instructions, the apartment is just like the photos and description. You can also see that it is a quiet environment, a nice square in front of the apartment, with some shops where you can eat or buy something. Eduardo was proactive in communicating and reporting at all times, the beds were in good condition for a good rest... I don't know, for us a 5-star stay. Thank you very much!!

Very cozy place with a very nice countryside setting, several families went and we had a great time. The children enjoyed it and the adults did too. The house is very nice and spacious. The people who supported us during our stay were very kind, Sonia's food was amazing and the kindness of Carmen, Emiliano and Elizabeth to help us with any request made our stay very pleasant.

The place is really nice, even better than the pictures. Very quiet and very comfortable, ideal for disconnecting and resting. Gonzalo is super proactive and attentive to all the details.

Spacious house with super comfortable common areas. Very good quincho for roasts and a rich pool that was what we enjoyed the most.

I recommend this accommodation 100%. The house has a nice view and a nice terrace. It is located in a private condominium. It is a very quiet place. Regarding cleanliness, it was impeccable. Everything was very clean and tidy, with clean sheets and towels. It is also well equipped with kitchen utensils and toiletries. We will definitely be back

Beautiful spotless, modern beach cabin, just steps from the beach (the sounds of waves can be heard from the cabin!). Perfect spot from which to explore all that Punta de Lobos and Pichilemu have to offer. Highly recommend!

Dby is a very charismatic person, as soon as the reservation was generated she contacted me to give me all the directions, on how to get there, in fact she sent me videos so that everything was very easy. Cristian was an excellent Host, always answered my mjes … The apartment is practically all new , it is EXCELLENT in every way ,… cleanliness, quality of bedding , mattresses, bathrooms , kitchen … everything of 1st quality and very well located

Everything was impeccable and good communication with Cristian. Attentive and quick to answer questions. The only observation I make is that you should publish in the ad that it does not include towels. Although the notice does not specify it either, but it would be good to have the clarity. Since you don't usually travel with towels and it's assumed that there are some in the apartment. But everything is fine!!!
