The 4 bedroom, 2 full bath farmhouse sleeps 6 comfortably featuring many modern amenities, brand new updates and unique handmade craftsmanship throughout. The first floor offers a very open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen. The house features 1 king, 1 queen, & 3 double beds.

2-bedroom apartment has a queen bed in one bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, & a sofa bed. Walking distance to Tioga River and antique dealers. Nearby - Mansfield University, Wellsboro, PA (home of the Laurel Festival and the Dickens Festival), the PA Grand Canyon, and great hiking, camping, and hunting areas. Please note - 2nd floor - exterior stairs to reach apartment above our detached garage. Our house is next to the garage, but the apartment is totally separate from the house.

It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Raven Feather Retreat: Unit 3 is a convenient studio apartment unit located a short drive off of Route 15 for easy access to Corning, Williamsport and Wellsboro. This space includes an efficiency kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, queen bed, twin sleeper sofa, with Smart TV, and small lounge/dining space. High speed internet, radiant floor heating. Outdoor seating area with a beautiful view, BBQ grill, and shared firepit. Pets considered for an additional fee. Extended stays welcomed.
