The group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. This place is 12minutes walk from Dmall and 5minutes walk to Bulabog beachfront. Its the only 4 bedroom Balinese style villa (open space design) with swimming pool, kitchen and griller in the area of Bulabog. The house is located in a residential area. Not very busy but still very accessable with etrikes and habal. Expect roosters every morning which makes you closer to nature while watching the sunrise set.

Stunning hilltop views of sea and island, nice roomy bedrooms and living space, great balcony space, attentive local support. Overall a great place to chill and relax. Highly recommend for small group/couple looking for peace and tranquility away from the beachfront touristy hotel scene but be prepared to reply on e trike transportation to get to and from station 1,2,3 areas. Will definitely return which sums it up.

Title: Peaceful and Well-Designed Stay in Boracay 🌴 Review: I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb in Boracay. The place was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The peaceful atmosphere and the overlooking view made it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was great for staying connected, and the host was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay. The only thing to note is that the location is a bit far from the front beach, so you’ll need to plan for some travel time if you're heading there frequently. But if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable place to unwind, this is a great choice. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

Our entire stay was great. The staff are all courteous and accomodating. The proximity of the place to the beach is walking distance. I only have one suggestion regarding the en-suite bathroom, perhaps a frosted wallpaper or sticker can be put on the glass wall and glass door for a bit of privacy. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Myrna & Bernie’s place is in a great location, 150 metres from Willy’s Rock, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, plus great bbq hamburgers at the bottom of the steps. The apartment was spotless, and had the amenities required. We will be back

My cousins and I had a great time at Jom's place. Just a short walk to the beach. The location feels safe and secure and it is very close to everything. Robinson supermarket is walking distance. The place was clean and comfortable. Jom, the host was very responsive and incredibly welcoming . He also allowed us for an early check in .Pearl, the caretaker is also a gem. She is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

The location is peaceful and quiet. Away from the crowd and is almost at the end of the beach -which was exactly what we wanted. Our family had a reunion at Boracay and we chose Mayumi Beach Villa as our home away from home. We had family who have not been together in one place for 35 years and we wanted a house where we could truly relax and enjoy our time together. This Airbnb is exactly as the pictures posted. We comfortably fit 10 of us in this house. The villa is extremely clean and well maintained thanks to the staff. Mark and Junemark were amazing. They helped our family get settled from the beginning of our trip. They provided a welcoming and hospitable environment for our family to enjoy our time together without the stress of figuring out what to eat and even down to the hassle of booking activities. I recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!
