1.5 hours from Paris, between Verneuil sur Avre and Mortagne aux Perche, this bread oven is part of a beautiful 18th century farmhouse, from where Percheron pioneers left to create New France (Canada). In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. The Coudray cottage is a charming cottage with sauna in the heart of the Normandy countryside. Located in the Orne, close to the village of Camembert, this warm house is typically Norman, mixing bricks and half-timbering. Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

Very quiet, immersed in nature (deer are frequently seen and birds are at home), it also offers all the comforts for a serene stay. It is ideal for a family as well as for a group of friends or a solo stay away from the world. It consists of an open space of 42 m2 + mezzanine of 9 m2.
