Exceptional villa: this house designed by an architect is ideally located in a quiet area in the heart of Petit Piquey, a charming village on the Cap-Ferret peninsula, between the basin (5 min by foot) and the ocean (10min by bike). The amenities and shops of the centre of Petit Piquey are just a stone's throw away: delicatessen, wine shop, butcher's shop, fish shop, supermarket, numerous restaurants and oyster shacks, as well as the famous organic bakery "Pain Paulin".

Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Arcachon Bay, in the heart of the highly prized Moulleau, this apartment is entirely facing the sea. Fully designed and furnished by the OUD architectural agency, it includes a bright living room with views of the beach and the Cap Ferret lighthouse, a balcony, a bedroom, a bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. It is a place to rest, meditate, contemplate, bathe, be inspired and dream.

CABANON DES DUNES

22 m² cabin, 1 living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, 1 independent bedroom, a deck, 1 small garden. The accommodation, independent, is located in the garden of our house. It is located 100 m from the boardwalk leading to the supervised Horizon beach. The cul-de-sac gives access to the coastal path, for lovely walks along the tip of CAP FERRET. The market, city center and pier are within a 1 km walk.

The Annex, Village de l'Herbe

L'Herbe Village: Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the village of L'Herbe is a must-see in the villages of the Cap Ferret peninsula. We suggest you come and put your suitcases in our apartment located 100 meters from the basin and the famous chapel of the Algerian Villa. Ideal apartment for 2 people, but can accommodate 4 guests, thanks to the living room sofa bed offering a real 160x200 bed with a 14 cm thick mattress.

Cap Ferret Cabin 2 to 3 people "The Surf Shack"

Dependency at the bottom of our garden in the middle of the block in a very quiet area. Its surface area is 36 m2 and its private terrace is completely independent and hidden from the main house. The cottage is originally designed to accommodate a couple but we can add an extra bed for a child. The chalet is rigorously cleaned, disinfected and aired between each tenant. WE ONLY PROVIDE HOUSE LINENS ON REQUEST (€20 extra).

"Cabin" atmosphere for this third bedroom studio cabin (see the other 2 advertisements ocean and pool rooms) with oak and teak parquet, large bed of 160 cm very comfortable, kitchenette equipped, private bathroom with spacious shower and toilet, independent access on private terrace of 12 m² in the afternoon sun and sunset. Private pool common to the 3 bedrooms (heated from the end of May to the end of September)
